If you are looking for a motel then apply here! You will get roaches in the kitchen and an unclean apartment. I think a motel is cleaner! When you complain they threaten you! The pictures showed above are not the real thing I wish I could attach pictures! The staff is unpleasant and rude!

There phones are always down I can even call them to ask how much the water is they didn't leave the bill on my mail box. Apartments are nice but you can never get a hold of staff or maintenance. Will update if any changes. (Update 3months later) So I got an email about taking care of the maintenance problems. I've been here since the end of October so near 6 months now. They finally wanted to send someone to come take care of the maintenance but funny thing is when I responded no one got back to me. I really wish they could work with me on getting the roach problem fixed cause I saw roaches in the apartment the second day after I moved in and now it's just a bigger issue. I also have problems with both sinks it piles the water up and falls all over my floor, I believe these issues are not that big of a deal but I justmoved in when I already had them. They should've addressed it before moving anyone in. Also, they changed office hours without warning anyone from 8-7 I believe now to 10am-6pm. I tried to go one day before work since I have to be a work at 9 and one of the maintenance guys had to call the manager to open the door to take my money order. They laughed and said "Yeah, we're open for money." It was unprofessional, hope I can get these concerns taken care of atleast with the maintenance.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am a current resident at Water Ridge Apartments in Irving, TX. I lived here for a year and just renewed my lease and transferred to a new unit in July because the staff was great. Then....... The entire complex staff was changed, down to the maintenance men and make-ready maids. I was served a notice to vacate for non payment of November rent and utilities on November 7, 2017 as well as a Notice of Actual Lockout for monies I do not owe. I have attempted to follow the order of resolve to communicate my grief and distress over these false claims to monies owed. I have recently contacted a lawyer and the office regarding these issues of Water Ridge Staff ooerations under Clear Property Management. I have staff signed copies of the money orders submitted oct 30th{rent} and Nov 4th{utilities} for payment of November's fees and have verified through Western Union that these money orders were cashed. I also have told them im not receiving any notice for the utilities since moving into the new unit and it still is not fixed; plus they charged me a late fee for utilities even though I wasn't notified of initial charges. I got a call to inform me of the amount this month, though. Smh. I took these to the office assistant manager and they ignored my statements and stated I'd continue to get the notice to vacate until I paid off balance. I have emails and recordings to back this. I request a representative of Clear Pm corporate office contact me requarding this and several other grelievences that I have yet to get resolved to satisfaction with Water Ridge apartments' rude and unavailable staff. I also have screenshots of several emails between me and the complex's staff denying my legally granted rights to written information regarding my units and billing. This is another attempt to resolve issues between the property and I in a fair manner. Also after speaking with the office friday 11/10/17, i received a notice stating I violated my lease by littering my patio and trash by my entry. I was home all day. no one ever came to my apartment to access the 2nd floor patio nor did I put any trash outside my door. I am being harassed because the office made a mistake in billing and I won't roll over and accept it.
I moved into these apartments on November 1st, 2016. At the time, Water Ridge was being run by a different staff. Order of ridiculous events: I was given keys to the wrong apartment (Not the one I was shown), the man that moved me into the first apartment was fired for unknown reasons(the day after), my receipt for the deposit was lost, my roommate and I caught two mice ourselves AFTER our requests for maintenance were ignored. The water was turned off on various occasions without notice. The pipes/ drains in both bathrooms and kitchen smell horrible. We have put in maintenance requests for all of these matters with no response. The rodent problem died for maybe four months then they returned. Between June and July, we have spent over $100 on mice traps due to the office being irresponsible to our requests. On 7/27/17 at 5:00 am I was awaken to a mouse caught on a trap and another trying to help it off. Is like to also add that every time I visited the office and put in a request, I have always brought up mice but never was it listed on the 3/5 requests that actually made it into the system. Now for the mold, I. Both bathrooms, there is very evident mold growing THROUGH the paint on the ceiling as it had obviously been painted over multiple times. The shower door in my bathroom has always been moldy. It returns after cleaning and bleaching. I have put multiple requests in for this matter also and have only gotten one response (by the current staff). A maintenance man came in and spray painted over the ceiling mold in. Otha bathrooms and tells me he has put in an order for a new door and will be back to install it upon arrival. I give it a few weeks because I understand that those things take time. I go back into the office to inquire about the status, nobody knows what I am talking about. I assume maybe it's just that staff on that day and put yet another request in and call two days later. Again, nobody knows what I am talking about. I go back in a week later to put the very same request in and ask why nobody knows even the man that came in and they have absolutely no answers. Ever.
If you love roaches then this is the place for you! You pay for pest control every month but they do nothing so you'll find yourself spending more money to handle the pests yourself. Maintenance is slow at best and you may end up calling them a second time for the same problem cause they don't really fix anything. Numerous times the front office couldn't find my packages and just gave me an "oh well" and a shrug. You're better off having the post office hold the package and you pick it up there. The location isn't the best, not just because of the highway and airport noise but because there's nothing convenient except whataburger. You pretty much have to get on the highway to get anywhere from here. The upgrades they did are a joke, the prices are a joke. Parking is terrible after a certain time and now they're wanting to start charging for uncovered parking. I'll be running out of here when my lease is up.
I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP. THE ENTIRE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT. THE MANAGERS LIE WITH A STRAIGHT FACE. IT TAKE MONTHS FOR THEM TO FIX (RIG) ANYTHING. YOU HAVE TO CALL EVERDAY ALL DAY FOR THEM TO PRETEND LIKE THEY WILL HAVE MAINTENACE (THEIR COUSINS) FIX SOMETHING. THE RATS IS A NEVER ENDING BATTLE. YOU WILL SPEND ALOT OF YOUR OWN MONEY TO GET RID OF THESE RODENTS TO NO AVAIL. I AM SCARED TO GO IN MY KITCHEN AT NIGHT AND VERY SCARED TO OPEN UP THE CABINETS. THIS FAKE RENOVATION IS A JOKE, THEY PAINTED OVER THE OLD CABINETS AND BATHTUB. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY CURRENTLY HAVE A BED BUG OUTBREAK AND EXPECT RESIDENTS TO PAY FOR THIS. YOU HAVE BEEN PREWARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1 Star only because I was forced to choose a value; otherwise, Zero stars. Not a gated community- There are 'gates' but they have never worked since I've lived here. 'Controlled Access' is not true because the main gates are always open and the security code box is broken, and the secondary gates have been chained and padlocked since I moved in nearly 1 year ago. Hardwood floors- The floors are vinyl that looks like wood. Assigned covered parking is 40.00, not 25.00 Prices and deposits vary day to day, based on the 'market value and demand' according to Management.
Since the day i signed the lease i have experienced nothing but excellence in the staff and maintance. fully remodeled apartment as promised. i love this community
Just moved in 9/1 so far so good. The apartment complex is currently going through major renovations! The property has a lot of potential and i see the direction that they are trying to go in. Cant wait to see the finished product. Initially i was not going to stop by this complex because the building are a muted blue and i didn't like the color but i said to myself i bet these are going to be the best ones i see. I stop in and they show me the floor plans very spacious and affordable. I view a 1 bedroom 1 bath and i fell in love, wood floors, grey walls, all new stainless steel appliances in every apartment, tons of closet space and space in general. I was sold and took out a lease. The complex appears to be relatively quiet, the grounds could be kept a little better but its a work in progress. The staff has been really nice and helpful and the maintenance staff is prompt. I love the text message property updates and website access to pay my rent. Overall so far i love the apartments and cant wait to see what everything will look like once all the renovations are done!
I have lived here for over 2 years, and Honestly I have no complaints. They are currently renovating the entire property and it is looking even more beautiful than before. They re-did and refurnished the pool area, got a brand new business center and cant forget about the brand new stainless steel appliances! I'm falling in love all over again! The maintenance staff is amazing and always helpful! and Management truly cares about their residents!
Water Ridge Apartments are in a great location, yes they are kind of hard to get to if you are coming from 161. I would say take 183. They are in a great neighborhood too. I live on the lake side so my view is great and relaxing. Maintenance are standard, nothing to complain about. Office staff if not busy they are very helpful and friendly. The property needs a little extra tlc with trimming the bushes but i noticed many properties never trim trees. I would highly suggest anyone to move here
Absolutely the WORST apartment my husband and I have ever lived in. My husband quotes "I had better maintenance in the Middle East!". Our one bedroom he's been infested with mice and knats for the better part of our 11 months residing here. Work orders rarely get worked on and are never per innately fixed, they do "patch" work. They have cleared out our work orders without completing them. Maintenance staff has used our personal prosperity to fix issues in the apartment without our permission. The apartment has gone through 3 office managers in the last 11 months. All over a horrible experience!
