Management is garbage
The management of this complex is more like a lazy warden in a low security prison than staffed with people who are employed by, and are therefore there to help the residents. Questions are met with snarky instead of helpful responses and a general lack of respect. Their parking situation is lacking and the overall maintenance of the grounds is sad. This is one of the worst properties in Rancho Bernardo. It could be nicer, but whoever owns it doesn’t care, clearly. We’re it my property, I’d immediately hire a new management staff and let them know that the residents are who keeps their paychecks coming.
