I spoke with both Luis and Wanda.All my questions were, answered at this time.I hope to be a future tenant and will, consider me. The conversation with Wanda was wonderful.She me feel right at home.That is so important with first time, relationship.A positive attitude is Everything....all my needs are here and, availabe.I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

Waterbury
It's an excellent place to live,the apartment staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The surrounding are peaceful and clean and quiet. The apartment complex is located near the stores for easy access driving or walking but most of all its very affordable.

Love it.
I have been living at Waterbury Apartments for almost a year. I can not wait to resign my lease. The process was very easy. Everyone in the office building is nice as well. I love the trees everywhere surrounding the buildings. It's right off Madison street, and right behind Walmart so it's very convenient. It's a very quiet neighborhood and I like that. I haven't had a single issue all year that I had to call for maintenance. And I love that I have washer/dryer connections. But there is also an available laundry room if you need that.
