Property Ratings at Watercrest at the Polo Fields
The leasing agent named Brandy, was very helpful and informative. She gave me all the information I needed regarding the apartments, she answered all my questions in a thorough fashion and I felt that I could trust the information she was giving me because during the emails she was also backing it up with examples and showing me everything I was asking for and then some. Plus not to mention her attitude was outstanding and very warming throughout the whole conversation. The customer service was a 10 and informative information a 10 as well. Best service I’ve encountered in a long time by far!
I am currently a resident at Watercrest Apartments and decided this review is long overdue. I’ve been living here since March in a two bedroom apartment. My only major complaint would be about the parking and how careless they’ve been handling the situation. I’ve read previous reviews about how there has been security on premises to control the flow of non residents parking overnight but that isn’t entirely true. The only time I’ve witnessed security was during the two weekends of Coachella Fest and Stage Coach. Since then there has been a lack of available spaces. Management says they’ve been taking the proper steps in resolving the issue but seems to be administering temporary parking passes every weekend no questions asked. There’s no structure or control. The only spots that are available, if you’re lucky enough, are the “Future Resident” spots at the entryway of the property. However, if you park there overnight you have until 8:30am the following day to move your vehicle before management tows it at your own expense. I’m paying for a two bedroom apartment with the threat of having my own car towed when I’m unable to find a space to begin with. “They have a business to run” is their response. Besides the ridiculous lack of control with parking everything else seems to be fine. To all future residents looking for a new home make sure you have one car and not a lot of visitors. Thank you for your time.
Fighting over parking or your car keeps getting broken into gates are always broken a lot of homeless live in that area
Some of the stuff (one lady in particular) was rude when asked questions. When I fist moved in it was fine but there's always parking space problems, gate sometimes doesn't work n they have roaches.
2 words.. LOVE IT!!!!! apartments are nice and spacious and nicely remodeled the staff is friendly and funny if i have any problems maintence takes care of it right away
The apartments are great. Management if friendly and cares for their tenants .
When me and my husband started to look for apartments, watercrest was the first place we thought of. The employees were very helpful and explained everything perfectly. The pool is right in front of our apartment, it's never noisy, and we plan to raise our kids here. I highly recommend these apartments to anybody who is looking for a nice, and safe place to live.
