That place have good working people try to help as much as they could but the place have a lot of issue that according for what you are paying is not equivalent as what you suppose to get . First you have mice's around all places. when they are doing the land scaping they do not take out the leaves they keep it all around .i have to clean my area by myself . A lot of rotches are inside the apartments not only my apartment . They will send you a pets control company jut to have evidence that they doing there best to control it on paper but the fact all insect exist inside the wall and wood (beams) it is imposable to solve this issue only with renewal everything inside the units . My unit have flooded 3 or 4 time when we have heavy rain i send email trying to solve this issue . I ended it up to spend some money out of my pocket to fix it by getting roof roll and foam spray to fill the gaps from outside the building wall . Last thing they keep charging doubles for service fees as water , pets control and cleaning .... adding charging for parking your car in a covered area . i start my lease on February 2023 i ask about the entrance gate and the exit why they are always open they said they are working on them to have more safety for the pop[le living inside the complex but till now nothing was fixed . they are getting renewal and fees service charge and the guest is not getting his rights because he is paying for it .

I loved this place when I was first looking. It's in a great area and had amazing prices at the time. Upon moving in, I was promised a discounted rent for being a student at TAMUCC but was not actually given the percentage off until the end of my lease... I was also told that I would not have to worry about renters insurance just for the NEW MANAGEMENT to come in and charge me a risk fee?? Thanks for the notice.. There was a weekend in July where I had to sleep in my car with my animals because it wasn't a priority to them to fix my AC. IT WAS 90 DEGREES IN MY APARTMENT. I was finally able to get it fixed when I, myself, walked the property to find a maintenance worker. My rent charges also varied by a good $100 every time I was billed.. This made absolutely no sense as the amount for water and sewer stayed relatively consistent. Another thing is that your online rent balance ALWAYS varies from the paper statement, so make sure to pay the lesser one. Lastly, AFTER informing the office that I would not be renewing my lease, they just so happened to "lose my money order" for that next month's rent payment. I had to be the one to constantly call back for any updates and the only helpful one was Lilly. After telling them I was going to file a money order research form, they just so happened to conveniently find my payment. I complained to the company owning the complex about this as I felt targeted. Days later, I had to call the office and was greeted by Tabitha asking "Are you the one who complained?"... Everything was decent until the new management arrived. Be weary of moving here as there are always random fees, different statement amounts, maintenance that is hard to find and non helpful office staff.
The office staff is helpful, the renovated apartments look great, and the pool is one of the nicest I’ve seen. Great place to live AND has Wonderful customer service.
We were excited to see these apartments and were told from the start that we would get approved even with a previous broken lease. Everything sounded great so we decided to put in an application not once did we get a phone call stating that we weren’t approved. We had to call them numerous times and could never get a complete thorough answer. They were happy to keep our application fee even though I was told we would for sure get accepted
