Waterford at Sugarcreek

Management is amazing. Special s/o to Paige! The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. I’d just say we need more parking spots for visitors and an easier trash collection process.

I absolutely love Waterford! Our apartment has been so wonderful. It was a very quick and easy move in with great communication from management. :)

So far, living at Waterford has been very enjoyable. The community is in a beautiful area close to a ton of stores. Our apartment felt and smelled very clean when we moved in and the other residents have all seemed friendly.

Everything has went smoothly and if something was wrong it was fixed. I was told a couple untrue statements that came as a shock when signing the lease but other than that they have answered any questions I had and are fairly easy to get a hold of.

Love my apartment. Finally moved in . Feels like home . There are good points and bad points . I focus on the good points . Everyone I’ve met is nice . Paige is extraordinary good ! The service men are cordial and do good work .

I have been a resident here for over a year and would recommend it to anyone. The units are very nice and rent is reasonable although you are required to pay a bundle of both internet and cable which is inconvenient. The staff is very kind and responsive and maintainance is some of the best that I have seen!

Had a few issues with the apartment, but Paige and the staff have been so quick to fix anything we need! The location is great and the apartment is very cozy and homey.

Living here has been wonderful. Been here a year and just renewed my lease. My husband and I moved here from Michigan when I accepted a permanent position at Premier Health.

Everyone on staff is very friendly and professional. If I have any concerns, they are addressed promptly. I really love this property and everything that’s provided.

Excellent staff! Whenever you need something they are very quick to respond very helpful and patient with all residents. Love the way the maintain the property as well.

My dryer was broke when I moved in, but they had it replaced within the next two days other than that everything else went very smoothly with moving in.

The scenery is what i like; cozy apartment and safe environment as well. The assistant Manager-Rachel is really awesome. She is really polite and had patience to answer all my inquiries.

We love the area so far! We read reviews about this place and pretty much have seen mostly positive comments. One thing I will say the reviewers were accurate on is the trash situation. I hope that gets fix. There are a lot more critters than we expected to pest control will be a huge deal for us. Overall very happy we chose this place.

Waterford has truly been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The leasing staff is beyond amazing and always has your best interest at heart. All the amenities are always clean and updated.

Overall nice location. I feel safe living here. Some cons are that I feel it is overpriced with the mandatory cable bill of $80 and community utility bills on top of the personal utility bills, and the amenities you pay for are often poorly kept or broken like the gym and the grills.

Safe and quiet neighborhood. Nice spacious and clean, secure gym and pool. Apartments are very spacious and have lots of natural light! Would recommend.

Love living here and getting ready to sign another year lease. It's quiet, safe, and peaceful. Close to major shopping places like Costco. Rent is reasonable for what you get.

Highly recommended for anyone working in the Dayton area, or even surrounding areas. You're basically on the edge of Centerville, Kettering, and Dayton, about 50 minutes from Cincinnati, and about an hour and 15 minutes from Columbus. One of my favorite things about Waterford is that it's basically surrounded by trees and nature, and the complex itself is very walkable. There is a nature reserve right across the street and I take frequent walks through there as well. The units themselves are well-designed and aesthetically pleasing. There is hard water here which will leave calcium spots on your pans and silverware. Not a huge deal if you get something like Barkeeper's Friend for scrubbing. Negatives - there is one trash compactor for everyone's trash, and people consistently have a problem throwing their trash all the way in and compacting it. Usually, this is a people problem, much like people leaving their grocery carts out in a parking lot instead of returning them to a corral.

We had an amazing experience with finding our apartment here! The staff was so helpful and made sure we saw every unit option before renting!

Everyone has been so kind and helpful for the move! Anytime I’ve submitted a work request within hours the problem is fixed! So far an amazing experience :)

So far all the people I've met since being here have all been super nice and welcoming with smiles on their faces. The entire complex is very clean, neat and quiet as well.

Living here is very peaceful. The staff and maintenance are delightful. Also, it's a bonus living close to Target and Kroger. This is a great neighborhood, you never have to travel too far for anything.

Nice place overall. Super pricy because of the area it’s in, which is unfortunate. Buildings are still relatively new and maintenance is quick to get on things. General complex maintenance and upkeep is really lacking, though. The trash compactor breaks constantly and trash just piles up in front of it. It’s disgusting. And people don’t clean up after their dogs, or they do and then they leave bags of poop on the sidewalk. The outdoor patio has been off limits for “construction” for over a year now. The fireplace outside and inside doesn’t work, again for over a year. And the outdoor grills blew up on someone last year and nothing has been replaced. The unit walls are super thin so you hear everything. Doors are located at really weird places of the building, and packages are constantly delivered to wrong units.

Beautiful property, excellent staff. The club house is beautiful. The pool area and grilling area are very nice. The gym here is excellent as well. I highly recommend this property.

Clean & great community! The area is quiet and I love being near the trails and seeing neighbors walking their pets :) I can’t wait for the pool to open too

I love have quite and nice the whole property is. The set up of the of the property is lovely and has a very comfortable feel along with the beautiful landscape.

The vibe here is just so chill and welcoming. I love how spacious my place is, and the maintenance team is always quick to fix any little issues. The pool area is like my happy place during the summer, and the clubhouse is perfect for hanging out with friends. Plus, the location is awesome – close to everything I need but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Seriously, I've got no complaints – just a whole lot of love for this place

Great place, quiet and amazing staff/ maintenance, great neighborhood. One of my favorite places is the pool and community area. Gym is really nice just is a little small .

Just moved in two days ago and so far am really liking it. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and the property is great. I love my apartment too and all the room I have.

Beautiful complex, quiet, dog friendly and has enough parking for residents and visitors. Snow is cleared on time for your morning commute to work and maintenance has been responsive to requests

Facilities are nice and maintenance is amazing. Although, the gym bathroom is rarely stocked with soap, paper towels or toilet paper, we have a coffee machine in our clubhouse that is often not well cared for and cannot get coffee from, and the electric outdoor firepit has been out of service since a “new part needs to arrive” and has been like that for nearly a YEAR. Overall, clubhouse employees could be better at upkeep of the offered facilities but maintenance and appartments are nice.

I love living here. The apartments are beautiful, the staff is friendly, and it's conveniently located for work and shopping. Been a very good experience.

Paige and Rachel at the leasing office has been phenomenal! They were very helpful and nice along the whole process. The community is wonderful and all of the tenants I have met so far are so nice. I have only been here a few days but so far it has been a great experience!

Waterford is a great place to live, they always keep the property and community spaces nice. Maintenance is quick to fix issues. The only thing I wish the gym was a bit bigger with more equipment, and that the pool had a hot tub as well.

I recently moved in, but so far this has been an excellent experience. The office has been attentive to my questions and also to an issue with my washer that came up right after I moved in. The units are spacious and well laid out. The community is very quiet and the neighbors I have met so far are friendly.

Well cleaned and nice place to live. I will recommend friends to come and rent. Cleaness is on sport. The Gym and swimming pool are excellent for exercise

Overall a great apartment complex. You won’t find one much better. My only complaints are about the trash situation…. it really needs changed. Also want more gym equipment like a smith machine or cables.

The past 3 months have been amazing. The community is quiet and clean. The dumpster gets a little messy at time but maintains take care of cleaning it up right away. My fiancé love our apartment and the space is great. We are happy with our choice.

Amazing place to live. Great amenities and great staff. The rooms are large, the kitchen is absolutely amazing, and I can always pass up problems to the apartment staff to get them addressed quickly.

We love being so close to all the shopping, yet right next.to the woods! The location is beautiful and the office staff is so friendly yet.professional.

Idk like it here, however the water doesn’t stay hot past 2 min and the water pressure is very low. I love the view. The second room is a bit small and the walls are a bit thin. Paige in management is GREAT! Such a helpful and polite person, she was very kind to my daughter (I work on the road a lot and she helped handle everything)
