Waterford Meadows

I only been here less than a week and so far me and my kids love it. I love that it’s quiet and peaceful. And my kids just can’t wait until the summer so they can go to the pool.

I have lived here for 10 months. From the time I moved in the following has been true: -My stove only has 3 burners working bc the stem of one of the control knobs is broken and will not hold a knob for me to turn the burner on. -The light does not work above the stove -The exhaust fan never has and doesn't currently work... - My balcony does not have a screen door for it so I've never been able to open the sliding glass door without bugs getting in. - My bath tub drains very slowly and I was told by maint. to buy Drano and "maybe that will help." - I've replaced my own batteries in my furnace control panel & smoke alarms bc maintenance simply doesn't respond. -Apt. carpet is indoor/outdoor carpet that the seams fray everytime I vacuum. - Hallway carpet is visibly stained and hasn't been steamed cleaned. -Bed bugs in several apts in the senior blding for months now. I have bought my own remedies to prevent my apartment from getting them. No ones ever checked/TX my apt.

Had alot of fun at end of summer pool closing party..great time, the food was good and alot of residents showed up, great music ...all employees were very kind and hard working...thank you for a great experience

I only been here about 2 weeks , the office and Maintenance, have been , very helpful to me . The apartment have nice size bedroom and Living room space for one bedroom.

I truly love living at Waterford Meadows it's Nice, Quiet and Peaceful. Everyone who lives here is Nice and the Management is always very Nice and helpful.

Wow... wish I was told about everything that goes on in here b4 I moved in. I think we had the right to know about the bed bugs. I never would have moved in here if they told me that! Although I haven't seen any in my apartment yet. They exterminated b4 I moved in and I don't spray anything else. I wish these people would do the same. Really love my apartment and am grateful to have a roof over my head but come on...We have the right to know b4 we move in!!

The rent is affordable on a fixed income I have lived here a long time and so have a lot of my neighbors so that is a key factor of the things I enjoy about living here

Love my apartment..nice view and maintained at good amount of time and I enjoy having family over to visit me when they can...office people are friendly

My Apartment Community is very nice and always well kept up. Everyone whom lives here is nice and Peaceful. I haven't had any problems since living here.

Great office staff who answer any concern you may have very swiftly! They recently just redid parking lots aswell and have regular trash days.

It is absolutely wonderful living here the grounds are clean and beautiful and there's lots of things to do in the community such as swimming and pay grounds for the children and it is very peaceful and quiet and the staff is very friendly and kind

So far it's ok... I have been hearing lots about this place from the tenants and it's been hard getting used to. I hope it gets better around here. I'm very grateful for my apartment so I really can't complain.

Staff was very nice and diligent. I’m just moving in and the apartments is very nice and well put together. I have not experience much else just yet

I absolutely love my apartment everybody's very nice and friendly great neighborhood. I most definitely would recommend this is a great place for your kids to grow up. And the schools are great

My Apartment Community is Nice Peaceful and Quiet. I really like my Apartment Community it has all of the Amenties that we want. Our neighbors are Pleasant Quiet and very nice.

I love my apartment, been here just over a year, just need to get a few things done by maintenance. Love some of the tenants, they have become family.

Everyone is very friendly. I just wish we had more maintenance guys because getting someone too come fix something is impossible. Not to mention I don't think my home was even inspected before I moved in. Toilets rigged up with bread ties, holes on my basement walls. When it rains my basement floods. All things that would of been noticed had my home been properly inspected before move in

Love being around the many different types of beautiful and unique creatures with all the amazing wildlife . I love my second floor apartment and balcony with all my beautiful flowers and plants along with my solar wind chimes which to life every night

Been living over here for some years, the ceiling is molding. Told them about it they painted over it months later. Now the mold is back again. The toilets are really old. They don’t cut the weeds by your front door. I once had a squirrel run in as soon as I opened the door because it was hiding in the bushes. The people who work in the office is very un organized. Called us in to sign papers and when we got there they told us they weren’t ready for us just yet and raised the rent anyways due to “not signing the paperwork”. Not enough parking spots, they only have 5 visitors spots throughout the whole complex. it’s not worth it at all. Looking for a house as we speak.

Home is what you make it! I'm proud to call this my home ... I been here a long time and I can't complain about much it is what it is ... if u looking for trouble it will find you so just don't look for trouble

I like living here it's Quiet Peaceful and the office Staff is very helpful. The community is well kept up. I have not had any problems since moving here a few years ago. I would Reccomend others to live here as well.

I have been blessed to live in the Waterford Meadows community for over 20 years. The grounds are exceptionally maintained, maintenance is prompt and the staff, in general, is just outstanding!!!!

The rent is affordable for senior citizens ans single parent homes! Only downside is alot of extra rules and inspections every month it seems..

Rude immature neighbors huge raccoon problem. Pool hasn’t been opened in years.. units hardly gets fixed. If it is fixed it’s usually done with used parts .never had new carpet .

I’ve been here for a while I love it… staff are great.. and the places are very spacious. Wish the apartments were updated far as cabinets etc.

I love living here. The office personnel are very professional and my neighbors have been very nice. The grounds are well taken care of and if I need something worked on in my apartment they are very efficient in getting it done.

Good size units, smart bus access and good price. These apartments need some updates and TLC. They never open the pool in the summer and the playgrounds are underwhelming.

I love the view from my balcony! Relaxing on my balcony is my favorite thing to do & it’s centrally located to various places to shop and enjoy a meal. The best part I’m right across from the Oakland County Farmers Market

We like living at Waterford Meadows our experience so far has g Been really good. We have had no problems the office staff are really great!

Extremely nice staff! Only thing I wish was different was making people pick up their dogs poop while they’re out with their pets, there’s always piles of it laying around sidewalks.

These apartments are terrible to live in. If your using this place for a stepping stone maybe? But they don't care about keeping up the apartments. They can careless about the tenants being comfortable at all. They just care about rent being paid and that's it. It's so out of date. Appliances are old as hell. My toilet handle was separated from the water pump so when you flush it the water won't go down the maintenance man came and use my bobby pin he found in my bathroom to repair it. That is the type of stuff they do here. They never change the air filters. No new carpet or cabinets. To sum it all up do NOT move here.
