Love loving in this place but the raise the rent 30% after 1 year.great place to live! However a mortgage is smarter for the price.redicilous increase and water/s 1000$! Month.

Thank you so much for your review and for your business. I would be happy to look into your rent increase as we typically raise the rents about 3-4% unless you are doing a shorter term lease. I would like to take a look at that $1000 water bill as we have never had one that high before. The water, sewer and trash bills typically range from $30-$75 depending on what size apartment you live in and how many people occupy the apartment. For the good: Quiet community; neighbors are friendly; staff is friendly; staff holds packages up at the office; nice BBQ area. For the bad: Not enough parking; the trash is continuously overflowing outside the canisters, large items are never disposed of properly and completely exposed, an eye sore for the community; the fitness room with gym equipment needs to be updated - items don't work; ant problem; pool is rarely clean; water leak in watering system that has been months and still not fixed.

Please let me know what equipment is not working in the fitness center and where the leak is on the property so we can get that taken care. Also what area are you seeing ants so we can notify the pest control company to spray that area. We always strive to keep the dumpsters from not overflowing but sometimes people overload it and the trash company cannot always get here on our non scheduled days and we have to wait for the dumpster to be empty before we can load the trash that others leave outside of the dumpsters. The pool is cleaned daily and sometimes people put stuff in there that shouldn't and we try to take care of it right away. We do apologize for anything we may miss! Thank you for bringing these things to our attention and please let us know if you need anything else!
