Longitude 81 has been wonderful. The cleanliness, the neighbors, even to the packaging box's has been such an effortless experience. We really love living here, the beautiful aura of the community makes us feel really at home.
Love the area , close to an outlet mall and a supermarket ( walking distance. Quiet and friendly neighbors.
It is a beautiful place to live in, has a great location as well, and management is professional and caring; working at the Ritz Carlton for the last 13years allowed me to recognize five stars when I see one

Longitude 81 is a safe community with friendly neighbors and caring staff.
For young professionals looking for an accepting community full of like minded people Longitude is the perfect place. From our initial move in, our neighbors were friendly and helpful with any initial needs we had while moving all of our stuff in. The front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Obviously no on is prefect and there were a couple of things that did not line up perfectly, but we worked together and were able fix everything. Overall a great experience and we are happy to be a part of the community.
The maintenance team is awesome!! They are so friendly and personable. When they visit to make repairs, they make sure that everything is taken care of!
The staff at longitude, as a whole and Chip specifically, have gone above and beyond to make sure i always have everything i need. From the very beginning when i inquired about their models Chip made sure i had all the information i needed, and calls/talks with him always make for pleasant conversation. Their maintenence team is amazing with a very fast response time, and you can tell this neighborhood values your pets' safety and well being.
Longitude 81 is in a perfect location. I am a young female, who lives alone and feel completely safe within this community. Maintenance staff is extremely knowledgeable and fixes all of my (rare) maintenance issues.
My car was broken into last week along with 13 others and management told us that it was our faults that we got robbed because our doors were unlocked (which my car was not unlocked.) instead of finding a solution to the issue such as hiring better security, installing cameras and fixing the gate, they just decided to blame everyone. FYI we have no cameras so there was NO EVIDENCE at all of who robbed us so they will probably come back and rob people again.

I moved in when it was The Springs at Estero and had a great experience. Management changed and everything went downhill. I had water coming in through my front door every time it rained causing significant water damage. I called maintenance multiple times before they showed up. Eventually they replaced the weather stripping at the bottom of the door which did nothing. They came at least twice more for the same issue and "fixing" it the same way. This went on for months before they figured out the actual problem. Meanwhile I had a significant humidity issue in my unit, there was mold and mildew everywhere. I had to call multiple times before anyone came. They scraped off the mildew in my closet and said that should fix it. The mold/mildew came back and when they finally returned they were very aggressive saying it was my fault it was humid because I changed the A.C. setting. They said they told me that the first time they scraped the mildew out, but if that was true, I would have fixed it. Why would I intentionally choose to live in humidity and mold? They continued to blame me and refused to take any responsibility. I purchased a dehumidifier, which they criticized saying it was pumping hot humid air out (not true). They said to use their dehumidifier because it would work. The humidity I lived with for 4 months (!!) ruined my appliances. They told me not to use my microwave because it would blow up. They promised another within three days. After a week I called about it. They assured me it would be installed soon. I called three more times over the next two months before going back into the office to complain. That didn't work either. After another month I filed a maintenance request through the online portal and they came in the next day with a new microwave. They never apologized for treating me terribly or making me wait months for each problem I encountered. Management was rude the whole time. I can not express enough how aggressively disrespectful they were to me and others living there. Right before I moved out I talked to three of my neighbors. They ALL said they were moving out as well for the same reason. They had the same experiences with maintenance and management treating them poorly and not fixing things. Look, all apartment complexes have their flaws, especially when it comes to management. This one doesn't seem to have any redeeming qualities. Do not move in here. They do not care about their residents.
Brand new, great location. Pool hours are until dusk, which is Florida law. The other reviewer is probably one of the college kids who got in trouble for smoking weed or having loud parties, which thankfully they don't tolerate.
