It’s a very welcoming and friendly place to live. We love the environment and the calmness of waterline.

Relatively new here, but so far I'm loving the location! The touring/move in process with Donna was amazing - easy and efficient! Still settling in, so that can have it's adjustments, but overall it's been great so far. Excited to start my new adventure at Waterline!

This is one of the best places we've lived in Portland.

My experience at Waterline has been peaceful living with considerate neighbors, and good community.

Overall good. But the lack of quick fixes on amenities is a bit ridiculous.

Very clean grounds, windows are fantastic, location is perfect. Staff are great.

Great spacious apartments at affordable prices, however parking isn’t great and assigned spots are expensive.

I have been a resident at waterline for 5 years. Up until approximately 2021 or begging of 2022 the property was managed and cleaned to a high standard. There was pride and accountability. This is no longer the case at waterline.

Overall a good living experience. Good location with overall good management.

Maintenance is wonderful, fast and very communicable.

My request in my needs get met properly and effectively in the staff is always courteous

I have only lived at waterline apartments for a short time but my experience so far has been great staff and tenant are friendly the buildings are clean and quiet if you were to have any kind of issue it is handled as quickly as possible. I would recommend waterline apartments to everyone ! It's a great place to live...

Fair warning if you move here. Frequent car break in in the "secure" lot. Nothing to steal just going for a looksie. 175 a month in parking. ***another break in the garage. Management offering to pay for windows. Offering no other solutions Updates: elevator in building c was down for a month. No discount or concession made for residents. Took the stairs for a month which were covered pet urine. So five flights in hot urine smelling stairs.

I live on the a high floor of one of the apartment buildings and the elevator has stopped working/been out of service more times than I can count. It is currently out of service in the middle of a heatwave and I have to climb five flights of stairs to get to my apartment. There is no air conditioning in the stairwells either. We pay way to much to not even have an elevator that works half the time.

It's a great place to live with good amenities you can have your pets and very friendly Staffing that makes it a very welcoming community

Can't beat the waterfront location! It is both removed from the bustle and noise of the pearl yet close enough to walk there easily. Friendly staff and a great coffee shop / mini-bar with extended hours right on the property. Spacious apartments with new and beautiful appliances.

I’ve enjoyed living at Waterline. Management has always been responsive and the community feels safe and clean. It’s a comfortable place walking distance from some great locations.

Please avoid waterline. It's not a good experience.

Loving the quiet and spacious apartment at Waterline! There is so much light with the large windows and tall ceilings, and plenty of space to make it truly feel like a house. Neighborhood is clean and quiet, no trash or tents on the street. The waterfront can be seen from my windows, and the property is well maintained. The gym and yoga studio are a huge bonus, as it is important to me to have access to a sporting activity. Only lived here a month but I can see this being a long term place to reside.

Loving our new apartment at Waterline! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the building feels safe and secure, and the apartment itself is spacious, light, cozy and has everything for my partner and I to feel like we are living in a house.

We love the Waterline. It is the perfect introduction to Portland that provides us with all of the essentials within our building. Very clean and convenient. The staff is exceptional as well. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Love living here it is in a good part of town, walkable to slab town, close enough to downtown without being in downtown

Waterline is in an amazing location for an amazing price. The community is great and the staff. 10/10 recommend this location on the beautiful NW waterfront.

From tour to move-in, it was very smooth and nice follow up by the Waterline staff. Environment and people here are so nice.

Ive only recently moved to Waterline and Im very happy with my experience thus far. Any concerns or questions have been taken care of as they come up and I feel welcomed to my new home. Its great!

I really love waterline and never regret moving here. community is really supportive and caring. the place is amazingly great (aside from the train horn early morning) staff are very welcoming and the pride staff (cleaning team) are very nice.

Waterline has been our home for 6 years, it's been a very nice and relaxing place to live.

The Waterline has been a fantastic choice. Very attentive and friendly management and staff. The location feels like an oasis in the middle of everything with the river as my backyard. Can't believe the views from my living room.

The apartment is really nice, the location is great, and so is the leasing staff. Amenities are just okay.

The Waterline Team has made my move-in experience very easy to navigate. I enjoy the short walk to the water front and Pearl District, friendly neighbors and especially the cleanliness inside and outside the apartment complex. The communication from the management team is excellent, they always follow up with all my requests. I would recommend the Waterline Apartment to anyone looking to move to the NW area of Portland.

When I decided to make the move to downtown Portland, I settled at the Waterline for a handful of reasons. Pricing being a main factor but the fact that the buildings are secure, the staff was extremely friendly during my two visits touring apartments and the location being close to the water was excellent and fit my lifestyle perfectly. I've almost been at the Waterline for a year and it has been lovely! The neighbors mostly keep to themselves and it's overall a very quiet community. The location is great with coffee essentially in the lobby of my building, the dockside across the street and a ton of restaurants minuets away. Overall, my experience has been great and I would highly recommend Waterline to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Great location, and units are a good value. However, pray your neighbors don't have really loud parties on Monday nights.

This has been him a very good experience for me at first I like the idea all of my conveniences especially the washer in the dryer they make me happy too I am happy that we have like a little café within the complex I just wish that our building building D had some sort of recreational aspect to it and maybe that there are more community activities that happen here other than that I really like I really like it I am the neighbors are primarily friendly and its quiet most of the time at night its near the river so you can walk along the river and its not far from the pearl or downtown

It's a lovely place to live. Great location..easy to get anywhere. The buildings are modern and sleek without being too obvious.

My experience at Wateeline has been great. We moved due to the location and love it. Its quiet but still close enough to downtown Portland. The staff has been helpful with everything. And every Tuesday and Thursday they have food carts that stop by! I work from home so thats awesome! Definitely recommend!

We just moved in. The staff has been great to answer all questions that have came up and been easy to work with. I would definitely recommended this to family and friends.
