It’s very quiet and peaceful. I love how no one bothers us. I love how we are super close to our work places and I love how we are super close to concord mills mall and restaurants
The overall staff is amazing. Derrick, the maintenance man, is amazing! I’ve never have had people care about my well being so much. Such great experiences from day one. Great people and a great place.
Looking for an apartment, trying to get a few answers to some basic questions. I called on Thursday at 10:40am and left a voicemail message. Here it is Friday at 2:40pm and still no return call. It’s usually after they sign you up that you get no response. Hard to imagine how you run a business without getting back to prospective tenants.

The complex is Improving, Thanks to the New Management team, I wish they would do a little better with the ground keepers. The bushes are high that you can’t enjoy looking out your back door or window because of the bushes not being trim, I have to ask my husband will he go out and trim the bushes down so I can enjoy the scenery around the complex,

Still enjoying the stay here. Nothing negative to say. Glad they fixed up the dog park my dogs love it. Just beware of some black snakes hanging around there but you can't control that. Other then that everything is great and comfortable

Community hit a low due to slow or no maintaince, trash, and type of residents that began to lease. This year it has improved greatly with new management, courtesy officer and maintenance staff. Pool is kept clean but closes early, and it is often closed for days due to trespassers violating the rules, inadvertently punishing the rent paying residents. Its ok, if you dont actually live here or want to enjoy it. Nice gym and recreational room. Friendly staff that responds quickly. For the most part it's back to being a nice place to live.

The amenities that we pay for all year long have been taken away from the community for the past 3 years. Although this year they were under new management, the same issues have still arose. The main concern of living here is when summer comes, don’t plan for a pool to be available. Management has failed the pool inspection twice this year alone, making the residents miss out on more than a month of using the pool. Management has also said they have put cameras up and has hired security to help maintain pool rules, but I have failed to see security. Along with management NOT identifying the people who are causing issues, they punish the entire community by shutting down the pool. It’s not fair the entire community gets punished for residents not behaving. They should be punished and banned and not have others suffer for other peoples bad decision. Lack of management doing their jobs is a major issue.

This place has really went down to the dumps the Management team is terrible, you have your up stairs residents who stomp when they walk slamming cabinets, and doors, you can’t even enjoy your home. The residents are playing loud music in the parking lot, the kids, are riding their bikes in the breeze way. The bushes, are not being trimmed, only in the front part of the building, the swimming pool is not inspected, couldn’t swim for the Memorial Day weekend, You address these concerns and issues to the management team. And they won’t even send out letters to the residents about the problem that are happening in the complex, you have the management team parking in the handicap area and don’t even have a handicap sticker, went to pay rent and couldn’t get out my vehicle to pay and talk to the manager because the management team were parked in the handicap parking spot. It’s only one handicap parking sign in front of the leasing office,

Cigarettes everywhere, dog bags are never refilled and the garbage to throw them in are always filled. Only benefit of living here is it’s cheap, so that’s nice I guess.

The best residential support service Team. Always friendly & helpful...the few times I've submitted a maintenance request, the response is always prompt and handled right away. Typically when you move into your apartment your apartment is ready, with fresh appliances. On top of the fact of many other things. I do not like this apartment or the complex AT ALL

This property has gone downhill since I moved in. There have been A LOT of issues recently with dog waste not being picked up, trash throughout the property, people smoking (even though it’s a non-smoking property) and common areas not being maintained well. Staff seems sympathetic when you call, but they don’t take action on your issues. 3 stars bc the apartment itself is nice & spacious and the location is great.

Everything has been down hill lately, there is trash everywhere that sits there for days/weeks, no one picks up after their dog and everything just looks unkept. The gym is also dirty and freezing cold.

I love this place. It’s peaceful, neighborhood is nice and central to everything and the people here are nice kind and respectful. The pool is amazing in the summer. I wish they would hold community events. Food trucks, local vendors and such.

Great place to stay! Residents are warm and friendly. The apartments are modern and up to date. The pool gym and dark wash are my favorite !

The area is nice Just moved down here from NYC so it’s great to get a different feel It’s really quiet The staff is so sweet My only regret is not moving here sooner

Would give more stars if the team was on the ball. Have been without ac for over a month now and still have to wait for a professional tech to assess the situation. Dishwasher has never worked even though I’ve sent maintenance out. Complex is pretty dirty. Trash on the stairs, the dog park is filthy.

Very quick and easy process. I applied on a Friday and was approved the next day. The front office staff was very nice. The community is very quiet not to mention the beautiful space. I loved my welcome gift upon move-in.

Great property and well taken care of. Super safe and kid friendly with park across the way, pool and lots of activities. Ready to renew my lease for another year.
I love this place, the price is ok but good for the area. The amenities are nice. Would love to see a park for kids. The employees are amazing.

Everything is alright still. Trash is usually all over the apartment though and people still aren't picking up after their dogs which is gross and frustrating.

The management here don’t do there jobs they let the maintenance guy sit around in the office most of the time . He is rude and disrespectful in homes that people rent here . The trash is always a mess and more than once I have cleaned up glass in the area where it is on the sidewalk and by the trash area when you address this with the manager nothing gets taken care of . Sad this place is going down . The pool area has trash and all and bugs and nest the showers are dirty and never clean and the bathrooms are dirty also

Hello, I am very disappointed in reading this review as you, me and your husband just spoke to each other not even 10 minutes before this was posted. As we spoke in person and over the phone, the trash situation has been an ongoing issue with Valet trash. This will be corrected by Valet Living, we have been working on this manner since May. As I will not go into any details on the managment and maintence manner that we spoke on yesterday. We sincerely apologize about the issues you experienced, and we hope to make this right. I just moved in so this review is based upon initial opinions! Office staff is fabulous, friendly and helpful. Move in was pretty seamless. My apartment has a few issues that need addressed but the maintenance man I met was super nice so I’m hopeful things will get fixed after Labor Day. The community is quiet and has beautiful landscaping. But it’s sad to see the stairwells littered with small trash. It’s a nonsmoking community but I see cigarette buds littered all over. And the trash compactor area is quite disgusting. Thankfully it’s set off by itself so I don’t notice it unless I have to use it which I avoid doing due to its icky state. Overall I’m happy with Waterlynn so far.

Been living here almost 5 years and I love my apartment. I love the location and Waterlynn at Concord apartments. I haven’t had any issues since I moved in and the atmosphere is really nice.

I have felt very welcomed since moving here last week and it’s just been great. Major upgrade from my last apartment! The pool is amazing along with the community club house, gym and fire pit area. I love living right across from a dog park while also having one within the community.

Overall nice apartment complex, a playground for kids would come in handy. My neighbors seem quiet for the most part which is a huge blessing, complex neighbors seem nice,will wave...I'm not a dog person but it's nice to see neighbors walk the opposite way when me and my toddler are walking. Been having some issues with trash pick up but the community has been told the office is aware and working on it. The pool is ok, lots of shrubs and trees around with bugs/bees so you have to be careful.
