Property Ratings at Watermark Apartments
I made an appointment for the tour two weeks in advance for May 12 at 9:00 am, I got there after receiving emails and messages to confirm that I was coming I drove 50 minutes and they did not respect my time, a disgusting building! And when I arrived no one was there! Rude people spoke to me on the phone rudely and unpleasant people, don't live there, run away!
The Security or lack there of has caused many peoples car and possessions to get stolen from this property and Anna the management will not do nothing to help. So I would suggest not moving there
Great amenity spaces and a dog cleaning room! No more mess in my sink or tub! Yay
My son and me like the pool, gym and dog grooming room for our puppy!!..plus very safe building!.
Management offer me model apartment. They run credit check, get deposit and send me email that I'm approved. After manager Ana call me and tell that she will cancel my application and I have resubmit new one if I want to get apartment. This management not trustful at all.
