Watermark LIC has been the best. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful- from keeping packages safe to handling maintenance requests quickly. The neighbors are friendly as well, and there are a ton of cute dogs and kids which always makes my day. It is hands down the best building to live in in LIC.

Management and maintenance are responsive and resolve any issues raised quickly. Having 24-hour doormen is a huge plus - they are all very friendly and I never have to worry about packages getting stolen or lost. The community is also very organized in that everything is centralized in one portal which makes things easy for residents. The apartments are new and clean, pleasant to live in.

You know when youve heard people talk about some place, and you always wanted to go, but youve never had a chance? Youve heard the name, and kinda know the location, but know its somewhere around there, next to that place, next to that other place.. and finally get the chance to go, and once you do you never want to leave and wonder how/why you never checked it out earlier? Seriously consider another building in LIC
This is the second “luxury” Greystar property I’ve been a resident. This property is by no means luxury - maybe on the day they opened. The property is only a few years old, but looks worn. They use cheap contractors to make repairs and paint. I’ve had hot water issues and leaks. It takes over a month to get things repaired. With the exception of the front desk staff -the management and maintenance team are terrible! I’d seriously consider other buildings.

Beautiful apartments and great location. Front desk and maintenance staff is warm, welcoming, and helpful. Repeated issues with hot water outages, electrical problems, and flooding. Building management is poor, and terrible at communication. This continues to be a problem even with new personnel on board.
