Watermark Seaport

Watermark is by far my favorite building I've ever lived in. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming and that alone can make all the difference. Arlene at the front desk remembered my name just days after moving in, she is always so sweet and helpful. Maria & entire concierge team is top tier and makes living here such a pleasant experience each day. The leasing office is also beyond helpful and genuinely care about their residents. Andreea has made the entire move in process seamless & it's reassuring knowing she is always there to help with anything. Kat is also amazing. The cleaning lady is also the sweetest person in the world. The entire building is always spotless and she puts a smile on my face whenever I see her. Even the staff that manages the parking garage below, they are so friendly and helpful. It truly makes all the difference when you're surrounded by all these great people that make living here really feel like home.

The most easy and best moving experience I’ve had in a while. I would highly recommend the watermark as a great place to live. The property is clean, staff personnel is incredibly nice and helpful.

The staff is very nice, the location is prime time, extremely nice building with an unbelievable view. You get a view of the water, and the city all in one.

New to Boston and Watermark Seaport is phenomenal. Great location with lots to do around the area while being close to the subway for an easy commute. Amenities in the building are also amazing.

Aside from some issues with the mailroom packages I’ve loved staying here! Social events are fun and the location is gorgeous. Everyone is friendly and staff is helpful.

From the tour to the move in everything has been smooth! The leasing staff (Kat), concierge staff, and cleaning staff are all friendly and helpful. I’m enjoying WM SP a lot! The location has been a great perk.

Convenient to downtown and a very safe area. CVS is right below the building and Trader Joe’s is right next door so it’s very convenient to get groceries or anything else you need.

Watermark Seaport is a perfect place for everyone, located among some of the most beautiful sights in Boston. The photos speak for themselves but want to add that everyone from management to staff are welcoming and supportive. Kudos for maintaining such a vibrant community.

I love living at the Watermark. My apartment is so cozy, and the location can’t be beat! The amenities and events are also fantastic.

I moved in a year ago and my experience at Watermark has been great so far. The staff here so everything they can to create a community, maintain the building and help with all the tenants needs. The building it always very clean and all issues have been followed up on immediately.

My wife and I have been living here for about 1 month. So far we are very happy with our decision. The location is very convenient being close to Trader Joe's, CVS and multiple restaurants. The staff is friendly and the apartments are in great conditions. Would definitely recommend the community.

Watermark Seaport is a boutique building that was built on quality and accompanied by a great staff and management team. For the penthouse layout, the unit is spacious and thoughtfully designed with many understated features that I didn't realize prior to move-in: Nest thermostat, plenty of kitchen cabinet space, slow-closing technology drawers/cabinets, large window opening for fresh air, and energy-efficient appliances. The bonus features include: an unobstructed view of the harbor from the rooftop, plenty of outdoor space on the second floor with rocking chairs, complimentary coffee bar (also a lifesaver), respectful, diverse, and friendly neighbors on my floor, endless dining options downstairs and perimeter of the building, Farmer's market and a playground right behind the building, easy walk to downtown Boston, attached to a CVS, and there's a One Medical Clinic around the corner coming soon. If Seaport is about convenience, then Watermark Seaport is the definition of convenience compared to newer or more luxury buildings in the area. The environment isn't like the overwhelming Vegas party vibe like the VIA and Benjamin across the street, which is a blessing. The front desk staffs are attentive to resident's requests and needs. They always go above and beyond to help - a lifesaver on my hectic move-in day. To quote my leasing agent, "They'll always have your back!" The entire leasing/management is wonderful, but Kim is the best leasing professional I've ever worked with. Her professionalism and level of service cannot be matched. I was pressed on time to find a new apartment due to a new job. Kim was respectful with my move-in timeline and ensure all of the components were aligned for a smooth transition. With any unexpected changes, she was communicative and transparent about what transpired and proactively offered quick solutions. It makes such a huge difference to work with a leasing professional who cares about tenants and the community!

I love living here because the people who work here are absolutely wonderful. They all work so hard year round to make this a safe clean and happy place to live. From the front desk to the management office, from the cleaning staff to the maintenance crew, these people are like a second family and really go out of their way to be there for us.

Living at the watermark is like living in a resort. The building and location is excellent . The management team, the maintenance team and the concierge team are all wonderful, personable and friendly.

Watermark Seaport is great! The staff are all so friendly. The maintenance staff are very helpful. I love using the lounge to do work and the roof deck to have a drink!

It would be great to have more fun events organized on the rooftop. I loved the yoga class few weeks ago and it would be great to have more things. Perhaps a live band once in a while or other fun activities..

Watermark Seaport is perfectly located to best Seaport restaurants, shopping, Trader Joe's, the T and to scenic walking/running routes. Great finishes, comfort and very pleasant staff.

The building works fine for what we need it for but as more and newer options become available I think the building is getting a used in look especially in common areas

Living in the watermark seaport has been such an amazing experience. The management and concierge staff is so wonderful and helpful. The location is great and close to T . If I could buy my apartment I would. Love all the random pop ups in the lobby and pizza and beer for just because . The team at watermark seaport has been so helpful with my move and extremely resourceful. Customer service is outstanding and very personable and notable a team effort.
