Clover and Pam are super friendly and very welcoming. We enjoyed the tour and the different apartments we saw. It's like they have a different apartment that fits whatever your needs are. We love the one we picked. My favorite is the washer and dryer in the unit and, of course, all the amenities.

Great safe area to live in. I love living here. It’s so peaceful and quiet. Very hidden. Just wish we didn’t have the gates. This area was already safe. Now the gates are just an eyesore. You can even enter through both entrances now. When my address is on road and I can not even enter through that road is a bit ridiculous

The community is beautiful and cozy. I love the greenery. The apartment is older but well maintained, some things could use a little update. It’s a quite community though som neighbors are overly nosey. The office staff is friendly and generally helpful.

Beautiful campus, great neighborhood, quiet and peaceful, pet friendly. I've lived here 7 years . The apartments are beautiful. Built on concrete slabs, there is no foot noise overhead and no interruptions from neighbors.

Although it’s only my second day here my experience is going very well so far. Community is beautiful and quiet. Some neighbors are nice, some are a little rude but that’s okay, that’ll happen anywhere you go. There are a few imperfections within the apartment but that’s okay because it was lived in previously. Other than this i’m excited to start using the amenities and continue living here.

What I enjoy most about living here is how quiet and peaceful it is. The other residents are very respectful making it a pleasure to live here. While my apartment was upgraded when I moved in almost 2 yrs ago, it was done hastily and with poor workmanship in painting and installations. Hopefully they have a new provider to do the work for others moving in. That said, I truly enjoy living here.

Great location with great views with many recent upgrades. Hard to find anything like it in the area. Also can take advantage of the proximity to the beautiful Georgetown square.

Like the complex and amenities overall. However, I experience too many lazy and disrespectful pet owners who allow their dogs to pee and poop all over the grass right beside my patio - it's unbelievable!

Waters Edge Apartment Homes is in an excellent location of Georgetown, TX. Close enough to walk to the Georgetown Square where numerous events occur all year. Waters Edge Apartment Homes is also located on the South San Gabriel River which allows its residents to access the river from a dock on site! Beautiful views of nature at its finest as well as beautiful landscaping for all to enjoy and appreciate. Great Management and great Maintenance!!

Great apartments, great location, great staff....however, sometimes slow with maintenance requests. Mandatory use of owner supplied washer and dryer. It would be nice if you had the option to use your own equipment.

Good location, wonderful staff, quiet neighbors, a great experience for the most part. The only drawback is how old the buildings are- I can hear my pipes struggling to not burst when I use hot water and things break fairly frequently.

I love our apartment right on the river, especially during the summer time. There's great fishing, right in our back yard! The pool is also great for relaxing. It's never super busy and neighbors and staff are very nice. Clover was especially helpful during the moving in process.

I love the location on the river and close to downtown Georgetown! The apartment itself is lovely, with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and an in unit fireplace it feels like a step up for your basic apartment living. The community has a neighborhood feel with lots of families and pets out and about, and overall I just love living here!

What could be better than a pristine view of the river from my balcony? Living here keeps us close to nature while still enjoying the amenities of living in a city. We are lucky that our neighbors beside and below us are wonderful people. This building is also made of concrete which helps greatly with noise reduction. The maintenance crew comes promptly and the front desk staff are always willing to lend a helping hand. We'll be staying here for a while!
