It’s endured a revitalization over the years, but its surge in popularity hasn’t hampered its old-city charm. While Bethlehem may be under 20 square miles, there is a ton to discover.

New maintenance guy sucks, sloppy work! Never has a smile on his face like rest of staff, a smile goes a long way.
Property Manager at Waters Edge Apartments, Responded To This Review
We appreciate your feedback and for taking the time to leave us a review. We value quality work and customer service from our staff. While we enjoy hearing positive reviews, it’s important to get a true picture of what our residents are experiencing. We’ll make sure to speak to our staff and stress the importance of quality work as well as their demeanor.
I just call this place for information on apartment available and the responder was so rude that she answer me that she was busy to call back later,n hung up the phone on me.
I lived here for 4 years and overall my experience was great. I only moved out because I got a job in a different state. The new team overseeing the community has been a large improvement over the teams we had in the past. One con is that the walls are thin and you can hear your next door neighbors if they are loud. There are many pros to make living here well worth it (location, paying rent online, free parking, good maintenance team, new appliances, etc) in my opinion.
Before moving here, my roommate and I looked high and low for many months. We finally settled on Water's Edge and have fallen in love. The property manager has changed quite a bit since we've moved in, but Stephanie has been consistent for the past few months and she is not planning on going anywhere. I am surprised to see such a negative review from 5 months before this one. Anytime I have any issue whatsoever (which happens relatively often, hence the 4 stars), I call maintenance or the office and someone is there that day or the day immediately following. The staff here has always been very accommodating. While it is true you are not allowed to have bikes on your balcony, there are bike racks near the office that are frequently used. Stephanie has never ever come into my apartment unwelcome; I can't believe anyone could be having SUCH a drastically different experience than I am. I love it here.
I give this place a 5 star rating. I am extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism now when I call with any concerns or comments. The new manager is very passionate about her job and actually cares about her tenants. They have accomidated me and my family every step of the way. The place is in a great location and is very fairly priced. You get all of the accomidations that you need in an aparmtment unit. I couldnt be more satisfied and greatful for such a staff.
This is honestly the worst place I ever lived in my life. I've asked for two years for a new stove since only two burners worked since I moved in, it finally took my stove blowing up in my face for them to replace it. You are not allowed to have a bike if you live here. The apartments are small and they don't let you put them on the balcony. My husbands car was stolen out of the parking lot because they refused to change the lights. They did not care, and still haven't changed the lights. Property manager has changed 6 times in the past two months. When you tell them something is broken they do not care. I've been telling them about a clogged drain for over a year. They only supply one air conditioner that is on the floor so it barely cools anything down and you are NOT allowed to have your own air conditioners. The hallways are nasty and smell bad all the time. The washer and dryers are out of date and one of the washers been broke for 3 months now and nobody has fixed it. No hot water in that washer. The new property manager comes into your apartment without notifying you. I was told by many people that you never get your security deposit back so don't count on that. Everything is outdated and if you ask for anything they charge you and overcharge for it. The only reason we stay is because we are saving for a house, but it's impossible because rent goes up over $50 every year. Do your self a favor and don't even bother with this place.
