Watersedge is a nice place to live. It's clean. Quite and close to all major highways. Only 20 minutes to the WTC. Management is good .Maintenance moves ASAP once you put in your request. The neighborhood is quite. 15 minute walk to NJPAC. They ask for your opinion. If your review isn't 5 stars and the comments are not good you cannot submit the message

It is quite peaceful. Their shuttle facility is good.Gym is not that great. The management doesnot respond at times. Overall a good place to stay.

Watersedge is a very lovely family knit community. Watersedge rentals are nice ,maintenance staff is quick with the service request..The have nice events for the tenants. The credit rewards is a nice program. The complex is near path and major highways and stores.

I recently stayed in this apartment and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was great, close to shops and public transport. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. However, it was quite small for the price, and the noise from neighboring units was bothersome. The amenities were basic, and the internet was slow. Overall, it's decent if you prioritize location and cleanliness, but there may be better options for the price.

I am very happy with virtually every aspect of my experience here. The one thing I am (very) unhappy with is the AC unit and how loud it is. I have found that I simply can't sleep with it running, which makes things very difficult in the summer heat. It's a shame, but I'm considering moving due to this issue alone.

Overall, we’ve really enjoyed living at waters edge. The management company is generally reasonable, the concierge and maintenance staff are all really great and nice. Cons: the rent increases each year can be hard to deal with but that is also true for many other places

The living community is ideally located for this who commute to the city; downtown and midtown. In addition, travel to various areas of New Jersey is also ideal. The living community is exceptionally clean and well maintain in spite of a few residents who are selfish in the manner in which they live.
