It’s been 2 years now that I live here, I haven’t had any problems with this apartment. The rent is a bit high, but the area make it kind of worth it.
It's a great place to live as a family and I feel safe no matter day or night. I also like how fast they respond to maintenence requests and they try to address it very quickly
I’ve lived here for about ten years now and I have great neighbors, great management team, and maintenance shows up quick when I need something fixed. We also have security so that’s even better now.
It’s awesome just longing to have the gym facility back in service training in the gym is a priority please management should do something on resuming the gym
Very well maintained common areas and great curb appeal. Location is great as it is nestled in a quite community, with parks and walking trails.

Parking situation has not improved. The last 3 maintenance requests have been marked complete without the problem actually being fixed. I’ve asked questions of the maintenance supervisor & the manager without getting a response & the assistant manager has informed me that she is excellent at her job (isn’t interested in suggestions from me)!
It is a very calm place and you feel very peaceful, I see that it has security, and I love it because I have children and what I want is for them to be safe.
I thank Kiaira for her time and kindness in the application process The place is beautiful and pleasant, just a little disappointed because the apartment they showed us was much better in appearance than the one they assigned me. A few details that were missing in the remodeling.

I love the apartment it's very relaxing and comfy the complex it's nice and clean the maintenance are really quick and professional. And kiaira it's so sweet and professional.
Overall pretty quiet neighborhood and it’s nice to go for a walk in the area. Unfortunately the leasing office burned down so the pool and gym are unavailable.
I can’t wait for the gym to be back up & running. And I wish the pool was open. It’s a nice little community . Love living close to the elementary school.
I love the Waters Edge. The staff does a great job of keeping the grounds clean and they are very helpful. It’s a nice quiet place to live for working families who need to live close to Seattle and Kent for work.
Move in was easy and quick, along with a great move in deal. Maintenance was quick to fix any issues right after our move in. Area overall is nice no problems so far
This community is fantastic! It provides a safe, clean, and perfect environment for our kids. On the other hand, we also have a beautiful lake to enjoy. Additionally, we now have new management at the property.
I have enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and over all general area. It's completely different then where we previously lived. I am also very appreciate of the handicap accessible sidewalk n pavement.

This place is nice and clean. I haven't had any problems in the 4 years I have been here. The staff is pretty reasonable. As long as you pay your bills there won't be any problems.
I love this complex HOWEVER the new management and owner (Trinity) have tried changed the vibe. The complex is very organic and people line their balconies and patios with beautiful flowers and baskets of plants. The new owners don’t like this they want to implement a cold concrete look. As someone who suffers from horrible depression and anxiety having my balcony filled with beautiful plants really helps my mental state. Funny seeing how the owner just offered a Zoom meeting on mental states and environment (seems like a bad joke). I really hope they think about this because in today’s world any time we can alleviate depression or anxiety with where we live- we should!
We are very happy to be a part of Renew waters edge. Services that are provided to us are superb. Everything is perfect. Staff is cooperative. If we make any request for maintenance, it is fulfilled with in hours.
Living in this apartment has been a wonderful experience, thanks to the friendly community and well-maintained facilities. The amenities, like the fitness center and swimming pool, are always clean. My neighbors are respectful and friendly, fostering a sense of community.

Mi esperiencia como residente es que hay mucha comunicacion nos Dan a Saber lo que esta pasando en el edificion son muy amables se exfuerzan de renovar el edificio y tener la tranquilidad y seguridad es lo mas importante y no hay rasismo y se encuentra respecto.
Three property is well kept and rules are enforced. Communication is consistent and always respectful. The staff has always had time for me when I need anything.
Its very noisey here. Some rules get enforced arbitrarily. Manager is onsite. There is a "parking enforcement" agency Reliant Parking that enforces some rules but not others. They bug me to get a parking permit AND you have to pay for it. There is a car that has an expired temporary plate on it that they wont tag but if MY tabs or permit go expired they threaten to tow my car. Another example you cant have ANYTHING on your porch just a "plant or two" m and porch furniture, no bikes , so you cant store anything. I get no clutter but where do I put a bike?
There are far less problems than my last community but the same as far as quiet and peaceful. Everyone has a story about something that happened in the streets during the wee hours of the night. It's concerning.

Nuestra Experiencia a sido muy buena Excelente servicio por parte del nievo personal. La comunidad es muy tranquila y la escuela serca de casa. Un lugar miy tranquilo seguro para que nuestros hijos salgan a caminar , jugar y andar en bicicleta.
Stays quiet. No parking issues. Maintenance requests handled in a timely manner. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I recommend it here.
The neighborhood is relatively nice, neighbors as well. Not too loud usually, music blasting at times, walls too thin shouldnt be able to feel the ground shake lol Maintenance team is good but management used to be super disorganized and too non chalant about concerns. Very over priced, renovated doesn’t mean better in this case. Parking is close to building which is nice. Sorry this all over the place. Leasing office just got lit on fire so that was kind of the straw
I love everything about this property, I feel like I belong here, management is awesome especially Tamara, she made it so easy for us to move in plus she is an amazing and kind lady
It’s a really good spot. Everything is nearby. Haven’t had an issue with any of the neighbors. It’s pretty quiet. Management is good and if you request for someone to come fix any problems in your apartment, they’re fast to act on them.
Our apartments is so clean and a lots of space..we have plenty of room to move things aroun.our neighbors are so friendly.it is a very quiet neighborhood
We have ants, cockroaches and mold. All of which the manager told us was our fault the place was remodeled. We had molding held on with scotch tape. Windows are thin and cause moisture and wind to sep through. That’s causing more mold. Complex is always dirty with animal bones, animal droppings and litter. Price has jump 200$+ in less than two years. Avoid the headache move somewhere that cares

I would highly recommend this place to anyone the office and maintenance is amazing the apartments are amazing near a lot of restaurants and stores and near schools for kids and easy access to public transportation the community has a workout center and pool and laundry facility come check this Awsome community out I recommend this community

I was lucky to have one of the newly renovated apartments. I loved it. I've seen some of the other apts and they seemed a little dark to me. Who wants a black fireplace? The good: Beautiful grounds, peaceful, neighbors are usually friendly and/or stay out of your way. I stayed near the play area and the kids were pretty good as well. The bad: The prices are a little steep. When mgmt changed over my utilities actually doubled which I hated. I actually hated the original mgmt that I came on with, they were outright liars and I was glad to see them go. Before I left the new mgmt remodeled without warning. I had no use of the pool for half of the summer and no use of the fitness room for months, so I paid for amenities that I could not use. The new mgmt has a problem with giving a heads up about things which is unprofessional. Like hiring a new tow company that towed my car on Dec. 23rd and I couldn't get it back until after Christmas. From a spot that was only open in evenings (was for maintenance during the day) but that had also changed w/out warning. Myself and a few other neighbors came out one morning to having one or more tires slashed on our cars, and I actually had my car stolen from the parking lot before. Found it in Seattle a week later. BTW, this is not a place to live if u dnt have a car. Busses are near but you will walk, a lot! All in all my experience was good. If it was more affordable I would've considered staying. Its really a nice place to live.

This complex has gone through three management companies in the last two years and has been sold twice. That should tell you something! NO ONE I have talked to likes living here. HEED THESE REVIEWS! Nothing has changed with the most recent management company (came on in December). We have had nothing but problems from the start and have had to stay due to life circumstances. We just haven't been able to move. I am really looking forward to leaving! They tell you what they need to to shut you up and get you out and then do nothing about your work orders! We have been trying to get our sliding glass door replaced for months and they take over and then the same work order has to be put on the system FIVE TIMES! I have literally had to police them about this. It was supposed to be replaced (last company said they wouldn't replace because they were selling the property) and the glass company that looked at it even said it needed to be replaced and now the head of maintenance all of a sudden says "it only needs readjusting". REALLY?! Apparently he knows better than the glass company. An office girl said "the company doesn't want to spend thousands when it is already spending hundreds". They would rather keep coming out to clean up the mold rather than fix the problem. I kid you not. Learn from my and other reviewers experiences and don't move here!
Water's Edge is in a quiet corner in Kent, where it feels like you are in a peaceful country suburb. The Green River Trail is in your backyard. Kent Station is just a few minutes away. Although this is a big complex, the buildings are small and spread out, so it feels smaller.
The apartment complex is in a nice area with lots of trees and walking areas and fairly close to freeway access, shopping and to my work. I love the size of my apartment of 1023 sq ft per price that I am paying. The thing that has me not completely happy is the fact that it is so dark in the apartment even though it is an end apartment and there seems to be more spiders than I would like. The model apartment was so bright and cheery!! I was unable to see a 2 bed 2 bath apartment before I moved in and then two weeks before my move in date they switch apartment on me(previous apartment was unavailable). But to be fair I had to move out of my 2700 sq ft home (due to a divorce) that was very bright and cheery! And the staff at the apartment complex are all very nice, friendly and helpful!
