If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I currently live here. Lease ends April 2025. Since I been in here, there have been a non-stop infestation of roaches galore. It took 4 months for them to actually consistently treat my house and they still didn’t do it the way I asked to annihilate the problem. I even consulted professional exterminators outside of the property and they said they could have the problem fixed in less than 1 month. Almost 6 months into my lease and they still haven’t fixed the problem. My neighbor said the roaches have been here since the last tenant which let’s me know the leasing Office didn’t do their job to thoroughly clean. One of the managers even admitted that she forgot to do a deep clean before I moved in because I changed my move in date so she was unprepared. Which is still no excuse. Before I changed my move in date to move it up, I asked if it was okay and was told it was fine. Just now I found some sort of possessed looking cricket cockroach in my bath run which had to come from the skyline I asked them to seal up months ago. Apparently they didn’t do it right. I was sleeping in my bed, which I keep spotless BTW, no food or trash, and at 3:41am I roach was crawling on my arm. This house is a nightmare. If it was legal to burn it to the ground I would. But I can’t so the next best thing is to go to WJZ, ABC News and CNN and give them an exclusive on how poorly this company treats their property. BE MINDFUL I AM NOT GOING TO BURN THIS HOUSE DOWN. But I for sure am going to sing like a Canary. If I could upload pictures I would. I have over 200 photos of all the bugs that’s been crawling all around my House since I moved in April 2024. This place is the PITS. Personally, I think the entire leasing office and the owners of the property should be fired. They are horrible. I’ve done everything I can and no help what so ever. Now I’m Forced to live in this roach motel they call a house until I can get out. I rather live on the street in my underwear than to live in here. Please don’t come to this place. I’m begging you.

I decided to lease here to save money on rent, but unfortunately living here has been dreadful. Garbage piles up, mold/mildew, mice, roof leaks, AC stopped working and it took two weeks for maintenance to come fix, ceiling leaks whenever my kids take a bath. These are just a few issues I’ve had during my time here.

It’s MOLD AND MILDEW in their walls and you won’t know it until after you’ve moved in. They get you with the rent specials and use of the word “ renovated “. These homes are not being properly maintained for real and they really don’t care. Anything just to get some money from someone. Mice get in every 3 months it seems . I’ve contacted the county inspector cause I’m getting no real solutions from the leasing office regarding this mold and mildew that’s been exposed now for 4 days in my home cause they simply removed the wall and LEFT it that way. The situation I’m currently experiencing is hell & I’m doing whatever I can to get out of it . do not move here, you will regret it !!!

This place is like living in the pits of hell. I wake up everyday to new trash in front my door. The trash barely gets full, instead of being smart enough and get dumb payers they just decided to get like 6 trash cans as if that was doing anything. Roaches live inside your house as if they pay rent.

Everything about this place is trash (literally and figuratively). Maintenance and property management are incompetent. Mice, rats, roaches, mold, etc. They try to bleed their tenants thru court actions. The "renovated" ones are just hiding what's underneath.
This place is not it they lure you in with nice pictures but once your there you see the truth they wouldn’t let me view the home before I moved in which should have been the first red flag once we moved it we noticed so much was wrong they are infested with roaches, they don’t have dumpsters so we just throw our trash into a pile which causes rats not just a few I mind you they are everywhere, the walls are paper thin you hear everything that’s going on around you and I mean everything, when I use my tub for anything besides a shower my kitchen ceiling leaks I called maintenance about it he said it’s fine just don’t use the tub which is ridiculous, I Changed my locks because someone opened my back door the leasing office asked for a spare and asked why I changed it I told them what happened and the only thing he had to say was wow and asked when I’d be able to drop off the key, my first week there I had a gas leak the maintenance guy took his sweet time to come and fix it after BGE turned the gas to the water heater off he cut a 3 foot tall hole in the wall and left it there for months maintenance request don’t get stuff done unless you call emergency maintenance at night, the laundry facilities only have about 3 machines that work the others are broke and filled with stagnant water and mildewed clothes, and don’t even get me started on the rent it’s outrageous for what your getting I’m at the point to where they are going to evict me or allow me to break my lease I’ll just take the L for this one I should have did my research
Very poor maintenance. It’s unfortunate to treat a resident like this. The air conditioner has never worked since I moved in the unit a year ago. I keep notifying the management office via phone call, email, walk through, but unfortunately they not taking my concern seriously.
