Amber in the office is super helpful and very friendly! She made my move in super easy. I’ve had to call maintenance a couple times since I’ve moved in but they have been on top of things and got my issues fixed pretty quickly. This is my 2nd time living in these apartments and the upgrades are very nice!

I did love every thing about this place. I’ve been a here for almost 2 years and was planning on signing a new lease here. But the new owners don’t seem to care about their tenants, and that’s not something I can tolerate. I did receive a notice that they would begin renovations in my apartment, however these renovations should only be a “slight inconvenience”. When workers were scheduled to begin work, they showed up at 9am and let themselves in. Said nothing to us, and just began taking everything apart and then taped my restrooms and kitchen off, making everything completely inaccessible. We couldn’t cook or even use our restrooms! Then they all put on respirators and began painting, with us just standing right next to them. We couldn’t breathe, we became dizzy and nauseous. So I spoke out to the office, who informed me that “we were given a notice” as if that would fix things, and it was “only going to last a few hours and they would be finished”. We had to get a hotel room for the weekend at our own expense. However when we came home on Monday, they came back and started painting all over again. I went back to the office and was told “it will only take a few minutes and they will be out of there”. They left after painting and came back AGAIN! This time they stayed in my apartment working until 9pm at night!! Although the notice I was given stated they would never work past 5. They are planning to remove part of a wall, install new counter tops, ceiling fans, doors, blinds, sinks and who knows what else, while we are still occupying the unit. After that our rent will go up, along with other changes. All these “new upgrades” are completely unnecessary and cause more of an inconvenience than anything. But the worst part of it is knowing that I will not be compensated for the money I have had to spend out of pocket, just to be able to sleep, eat and shower on top of paying rent. And the fact that all they can say is “We gave you a notice” feels more like a slap in the face than anything else. I know they will respond to this, and I know their message will say “we’re sorry for the inconvenience, but you were notified” but notifications and compensation are two different things, and I have a family depending on me. Im very unhappy about this and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone considering moving here.

Office is very unprofessional. They don’t communicate with tenants. When asked questions manager got attitude and was very rude. Very bad rodent problem as well. Multiple power outages.

New management has led to worse service, unhelpful staff. Packages get delivered with no notification. Poor maintenance of community property and friendliness only goes up to the point of actually being any help.
Very nice and polite when they want you to sign and pay deposits. When I moved out I cleaned my apartment from top to bottom. I travel a lot for work so I was rarely there and I am single so there were no other occupants. They kept my deposit and added 150$ which I refused to pay since I left my apt in mint condition. Now, they have ruined my credit by reporting this to the credit bureaus. Shame on these dishonest people. shame shame shame.
Landmark at Emerson Park has been a nice place to live. Maintenance requests & paying rent all take place online which is really convenient. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Really clean workout facilities and the pool is pretty nice. The management often holds parties the 1st of each month where you can win raffles, free food, etc. Great place and will definitely stay here for a while.
Great Apartments and have no issues with the office or maintenance personnel. Everyone is very nice and the apartments seem to be kept up pretty well all year long. The only issue is I have is people with 1 bedroom apartments on the 1st floor that have like 4 vehicles and taking up the close parking spots and not having consideration for people carry groceries up 3 floors. Like I said nothing wrong with the apartments or management just some of the people that live there.
This year is my fifth year and I'm not planning on leaving this apartment complex yet. The complex is managed by professional and very friendly staff members whose goal is to make your stay in their complex a delightful one. The facility is clean: 1. a valet trash system is in effect where you can leave your trash outside your apartment and somebody will pick it up. 2. Although residents are given friendly reminders to keep their surroundings clean and to pick up after their pets, some residents still forget to clean up (hey, nobody's perfect) but thanks to the efforts of the business office staff members who are so proactive, they will have people clean the surroundings/common area from time to time so that everyone can enjoy a clean surrounding. I feel safe inside this facility. I can walk my dog even late in the evening and not worry about being in danger... I'm not suggesting to do it every night ... I'm just stating that I feel safe whenever I get the chance to do evening walks. You can pay your rent and do requests online...that's very convenient!
