The apartment community is well maintained and the property management is very easy to reach and highly attentive to the unique needs of applicants.

I would recommend waterstone apartments because the rent is fair and the living space is huge.

the roaches would be embarrassing for me to recommend this place to anyone. Plus guest parking is pretty awful.

I feel this is a peaceful community. People here make an enough to respect one another and each other' spaces, at least from my perspective. The staff here is very helpful and always willing to give great assistance.

No jacuzzi and slow repairs. We can hear everything our upstairs neighbors are doing: shower, television, stomping.

Only thing that would be better is to have washer & dryer in the apartment.

Good family environment and close to the Fremont City Offices, Fremont Hub, and other shopping centers in addition to transportation.

I would recommend this apartment to my family and friends. I'm very pleased with the services and the manager was extremely helpful in helping me move in to my apartment.

Better, modernize appliances, lifts are needed. Gated community, cameras are needed specially near mailboxes

Would recommend for friendly staff and prompt of responding failing/fixing appliance request. Would not recommend to lack of storage space or cabinet.

It’s worest worest worest management, they are waste people, u have to struggle with them.

One unit on 3rd floor was on fire on may 15th 2020. We had to evacuate for inspection for almost 10 days and stay in a hotel. Renters insurance covered some of the expenses regarding lodging and food, but not all. So far I lost $700 after the insurance reimbursement, and the manager is not responding and not taking responsibility for my loss. Moreover, we live on 4th floor, and when we came back, soot was everywhere. The manager promised to send someone to clean the apartment, but 5 days has passed and nothing happened. Adding the roach problem makes everything disgusting. I've had to set trap with duct tape and see the trapped roaches everyday. Not recommending this apartments to anyone

The management is really crazy with imposing move out charges on residents. They charge you with unreasonable cleaning and other charges when you move out. Even if you get it well cleaned before the day you move out they impose heavy cleaning required charges on you which doesn't make sense at all. Another interesting part is carpet charges. Even for one small stain they will say they have to replace carpet in entire apartment even though the life of the carpet is already gone the charge are on you. I stayed here for 3 years now when i moved out i am gonna pay half of the rent as cleaning charges which is interesting. I was expecting some cleaning charges which is fine but the charges what they are imposing doesn't make sense at all. So i suggest if you don't want to pay your half month rent as move out charges don't choose this property. I wish i could give 0 rating for this poor management.

the office staff is not same as it was 2 year ago things are changing we find new faces evey time we go there they don't know us

This place is a Chaos Factory. Save your sanity and don't even think about this place. There are people living upstairs that constantly jump around, run around, bounce soccer balls, bike around and what not some of those noises feel like someone hitting with a hammer. Or like someone dropped a refrigerator or something. Yes, that bad. The worst part is that the office staff don't care. Past 6 months I have tried talking to the tenants, informing the leasing office, calling cops, I have run out of options. I would expect the management or leasing office to care about this, but all that they do is just close the maintenance requests and do nothing. It's not possible to have one quiet day here. Stay away, you will thank me later.

The light is fixed, however the closet, blinds and carpet have not been addressed yet.

There is no one responding on the phone if you call in normal office hours. You have to personally go to office. It was more than 2 hours since I reported the issue on website and made 2 visit to the office that the issue was resolved.

I would recommend because I think it offers competitive rent and good amenities and a very good location.

most of the things in these apartments need to replace even when we put service request most of the time they don't have parts for it because these appliances are too old they go to other old appliances to get the parts

Would - Community is good . Office staff were responsive . House looks good . Would not - As its not a gated community

The area was still dirty after the work. he even forgot to take away the cleaning cloth and some parts of old drainage pipe. He didn’t wear the disposable shoe covers. Please make sure the workmen wear the disposable shoe covers as we have kids at home.

Service has to improve. Also i keep hearing few security concerns in our community.

The maintenance is ok. Personally I have felt the cockroaches treatment would have a little planned ahead by maintenance team, otherwise would have stayed in same community. Since we got to know very late before our lease getting expired, even though we extended a month we got to know until the treatment is completely done we cannot move to another apartment in same community. So we moved out of Waterstone.

Community overall appearance needs improvement. Apartments are nice but overall community facelift could help.

Waterstone charged more for the checkout cleaning charges, I feel this cause I had cleaned the apartment neatly before moving out. But I would recommend Waterstone, Bit expensive when compared to price vs amenities..But great location deserves the price.

Shar is super helpful and friendly. I will not be able to move ahead with Waterstone right now because I found another place providing more amenities at lesser price.

Office staff friendly and helpful. Community clean and well maintained. Housing options meet needs. Pleasant environment. Access to community.

The good thing about this apartment is, its accessible from all the grocery stores. Schools near by this apartment is also good.

I have raised request multiple times for maintenance of oven tray. However,the maintenance personnel never appeared for it. This tray is a trouble since we have moved in. We were promised during the inspection that it would be repaired. But, we are disappointed after multiple reminders.

However, due to it being a family friendly zone, you have to keep in mind whether you are interested in a top level or ground level apartment. Personally, my experience with my upstairs neighbors has been a nightmare. Their youngest child is constantly jumping and running across the apartment. I have gone upstairs multiple times to inform them of these occurrences and all they say is that they will "try" to control him. I have also informed the office and they said they'd reach out but I haven't noticed any changes in behavior. I wouldn't mind so much if it happened only during the day, but it happens at all times - morning and nights. I would just say any potential resident keep this in mind. Other than that, it is a decent place people I would suggest those who are from other cities/states consider but not somewhere that should be considered a permanent home.

I love my apartment and Geti is the best employee in the office. I am about to put in a few maintenance requests that I hope will be handled quickly and I am sure everything will be fine.

I would recommend it because of the fast and response of the office and maintenance with regards to the needs of the renters.

best place to live. i like the apartment though. i would definitely recommend my friends.

A lot needs to improve from the safety perspective. Appliances are old, makes a lot of noise. Windows are not adjustable.

This is a good community but so much scope to make it better. Parking lots are dark in the nights. Please put some lights like street lights. you can build covered parking lots. There are NO guest parking lots. Please allot some parking lots for guests.

I would recommend this community because it's safer, closer to all business establishments, commute and free space available between buildings

We need better amenities in this apartment. Gym has to be upgraded and it would be good to have a party hall in the community.
