The community here is friendly and respectful! Office staff is very attentive. Also, the apartment is situated in a prime location with easy access to the highway. It's convenient and saves a lot of commuting time.

The staff at waterstone office is what made our decision very easy to live there! Haley the manager and Jessica are great. We are excited to move in. Beautiful property as well with a lot of amenities!!

The pool and grounds are very beautiful, looking forward to moving in this summer!! Staff was friendly as well.

The grass is always so green here, and the office staff is always so welcoming, and kind. They have been incredibly helpful. I love the new coffee bar, and the gym is HUGE! I LOVE it here!!

I have lived here for a few years now and am friends with folks who have been here way longer. Unfortunately, in the past year, this property has done nothing but go downhill very fast. We have not had a real property manager in almost a year, and since the most recent staff that was there longest left, it is like living in limbo. The water pressure throughout the whole complex has become almost unbearable. We have so many lamposts lights out. There is always trash everywhere. And god forbid the trash compactor is full, they will go through your garbage and send you a fine if you set it outside the compactor. They changed the clubhouse so it looks like a dentist's office and just makes it not friendly for hosting anything. No refrigerator or area for food setup. And do not get me started on all the maintenance issues. We have not had consistent staff in a long time either. I would highly suggest asking the office staff how long they have been with the complex before you sign to live there. The people we have had to deal with at corporate are just rude, unhelpful, and unpleasant. While the poor office staff is dealing with them, they do not have a real onsite manager to deal with resident issues. This place use to be beautiful, it use to be worth the cost, it was a happy community.

Beautiful clubhouse. Fitness center is huge. Love the theatre room. Staff was very nice and professional.

Waterstone Landing is the best place to live in Perrysburg! The staff is always very friendly, the amenities are top notch, and the location is perfect. Could not recommend living here enough.

Waterstone apartments are awesome! They have luxurious, spacious apartments with many updates. The grounds are beautiful with a great pool and even a dog park for your best friend. Our maintenance concerns were always handled professionally and quickly. The managerial staff genuinely cares about the tenants. Jordan was especially attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend Waterstone Apartments for your next home.

Waterstone is a great apartment community you do not want to miss! The property is well maintained and kept up with. Maintenance responds quickly to requests. They have nice facilities for tenants. The property manager, Matt, is wonderful to work with! If you are looking for family friendly and quiet, this is the place to be!

The guys in the office are awesome and care about the tenant maintenance requests and are always kind and welcoming to my dog. Rick in the office is great, and so is Matt. The pool is tons of fun in the summer and I love to walk my dog around campus. Pretty great neighbors (mostly).

I moved into Waterstone about a month ago and this place is awesome. The facilities age very nice, and the staff is great to work with.

The apartments are beautiful with new appliances and updated interiors. The swimming pool and gym at the club house are a plus. The staff is very nice!

They make their own reviews and also give gift cards away to people who write nice reviews. Rent goes up drastically every year and they tack on so many fees to the point where you question why you’re paying an administration fee. It’s a no smoke complex but the air always smells like cigs and the siding on the buildings come off so easy because they would rather make the clubhouse look better instead of making their residents homes better quality.

It’s a nice looking, clean place. The manager was very polite and patient with all my questions. I’ll look forward to summertime with the pool if this works out. Thanks again, Rick :)

Waterstone Landing is a fantastic place to live. The location is perfect . Close to shopping and all major roadways. The staff is helpful and friendly. All maintenance requests are attended to promptly! The amenities are superb .

The staff are great here! They are very accommodating, can answer any question, and are welcoming. If you have any issue they are ready to get it fixed and in a timely fashion. Wonderful facilities and people! Would recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I have lived here going on 3 months and we are so so happy here ! The staff is so helpful and everyone is so welcoming. Our apartment is beautiful and so homey for us, our son, and our 2 dogs. We also love how pet friendly it is here ! Our dogs have a beautiful dog park to run around and play in. We love it so much here we even referred family of ours here and they recently just moved in ! We will be here for many years to come, Waterstone Landing is AMAZING ! :)

I’ve spent 3 years here and it has been a great place to consider home during that time. It gave us a place to work from home, have friends over on the balcony on summer nights and a spot to workout as well too! Thankful for the space it provided!

The amenities provided is top notch! They have everything from washer and dryer in the units. To a dog park for your furry family member! And let’s talk about the clubhouse! Oh man! It has everything! From movie theater, Internet cafe, pool table w/ Kitchen, and last but not least, the pool area to spend time with the family! Comfortable, clean and updated living space. The grounds are beautiful and regularly maintained. Central to all my needs including shopping, grocery and recreation. Maintenence and staff are friendly and professional.

We have been here almost 2 years and we love it. Great quiet neighborhood, clean and well kept around the property, wonderful management, and super quick maintenance. The pool and clubhouse are very nice and well maintained. Highly recommend checking this out if you’re looking for an apartment!

Great welcoming place. All the staff are so helpful and kind. There are many areas and things to do with family and friends. Such a kind, happy, and cheerful place to be.

Wow is this a great spot! Working with Matt was pleasant, helpful, and nice to work with. He knew a great deal about the community & seemed to have all the answers I needed to decide I wanted to live there. I was looking to move this summer but wasn't in the cards for me professionally. I'll definitely try again next summer & look forward to working with Matt again.

Great floor space! I loved how clean and spacious the apartment was. PLENTY of amenities to accomodate for a family of 4. The neighborhood is lovely and everyone is very kind. My favorite part is the view of the water from my apartment, just breathtaking! Very relaxing! Last but not least, the main office building is stocked with a fitness center, a HUGE pool, and a neat little office space for residential use! Can't say enough good things about this place!

Rick (and the rest of the office team!) is quick to address questions and concerns. The pool deck is beautiful with great extra amenities (like grills and a TV to watch the big game) and there's so much to do nearby.

I spent a long time looking and comparing places to live in the Perrysburg area. The bullets on my list were price/amenities/drive/maintenance. Waterstone Landing is on par with pricing for the Perrysburg area, though the clubhouse, cinema, gym, and pool were all top notch in comparison to surrounding communities. I haven't needed maintenance yet, however the people I've asked say they've never had an issue with work orders. A+ from me, will update.

My partner and I have lived at Waterstone for three years now and it is by far our favorite place that we have lived. It is so nice to have the open grounds to walk our dog. They started opening the pool today it is the best part of living here.

While I was out walking my dog this morning I couldn’t help but notice how peaceful this places. The crews are out cleaning up the grounds. Spring is here! I can’t wait for the pool to open.

My time here was great, the staff was very professional and nice. Matt was a huge help with everything and answered all the questions I had when I first shown interest moving in to the time I moved out. The apartments are well taken care of, affordable and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new home. I like that I never had to worry about safety, crummy landlords, or any of the typical problems when it comes to looking apartments (especially in the Toledo area). I never had a problem at these apartments which is very different from most apartments than I've lived at.

I helped my friend move in here and it made me want to live here myself!!! The staff was so helpful and friendly and the apartments are absolutely beautiful. Rick truly went out of his way to make sure she had everything she needed.

The people who live and work here are really the best. This is what you imagine when people say you are part of a community. You get what you pay for with the service as well as the product. Location is fantastic and is still quiet while being close to everything. Pretty nice during summer and spring to walk over to Levis for food with friends.

We have lived here a little over two years and have not been disappointed. The staff in the leasing office and maintenance are always friendly, helpful and quick. We utilize the pool in the summer and the theater and gym all year round. Those are definitely a plus!

I absolutely love my apartment. The pool & fitness center make living here a joy year-round. Their movie theater is another added bonus that we’ve reserved on multiple occasions. 10/10!
