I have lived in Waterview for over six years now and have never had an issue! Maintenance and office staff are fantastic always there to help and greet you with a smile. There are always trying to keep us safe and keep everything upgraded!

My residence experience was pretty smooth. Jackie was professional in helping me to get on-boarded and familiarized with apps like Rent Cafe. My move in experience went smoothly no surprises just lots of stuff and lots unpacking So far, so good no complaints thus far

Thank you all! You guys are awesome. This is the largest 1 bedroom I’ve ever rented. So much closet space! At the very least, schedule a tour at waterview to check it out!

Quiet, friendly, clean living community . The staff is welcoming and the neighbors are helpful . The apartments are clean and the location is ideal!

We love the community, disappointed that our apartment has some issues that needs to be addressed. Have to put in work orders, and we'll see how that goes. The 2 apartments we saw on second floors were really pristine and the one we got, never saw until we signed lease and all was said/done. Fingers crossed!

So far my experience has been great. Love the apartment love the area love the staff. Relatively affordable given most places in the area and this place is student friendly!

Quite and well kept.Staff is great. Maintained well and work orders are completed quickly. We are always informed of upcoming maintenance work to the buildings and grounds. The work is completed quickly.

Waterview provides great amenities, including a lovely pool, internet access, and is nearby many convenient restaurants and shops. It’s close enough to the borough to enjoy the recreational and nightlife options with less cost. The apartments are spacious, have good sound insulation from neighbors, and great built in AC units. Maintenance seems excellent and Waterview has been implementing community wide improvements to the Waterview also has a fun rewards program, and easy to use online portal for payments and other requests. As a person with a disability, I find the accessible parking and easy access to the building to be beneficial (not a ton of stairs). My only suggestion would be that many folks might enjoy additional or more flexible lease length options. Waterview offers studios as well as 1-2 bedroom options for a lot of variety. Great place for singles, families, or groups of roommates to live

We've been here 6 years and I really don't have any complaints. Maintenance is extremely responsive, office staff is excellent. Neighbors are kind, friendly and caring. The location is centralized so we're close to everything.

Waterview is a great place to live. I just discovered the more rewards program, which shows that Waterview cares about its residents. The neighborhood is very convenient, maintenance is great, and the property manager has always been very helpful to us!

Waterview Apartments is in a lovely area, going on walks around here is one of my favorite things to do. On top of that, maintenance is helpful and timely, and the area is always well kept and maintained.

Jackie was by far the best leasing agent I’ve ever dealt with! She went above and beyond to accommodate and assist me with the entire move process. Extremely courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I was very pleased with the move-in process and just how easy it was to complete an application, make payments and move right in! Property has some wonderful amenities, even though some of the units need to be updated is still quiet and comfortable and clean

So far my experience here has been pleasant. I like that the parking is very accessible and that the doors don’t have keys, but codes. Very useful.

Very kind staff. Very nice apartments with updated appliances. Lovely dog park and pool. Only complaint would be how easy it can be to hear neighbors from time to time but not much you can do about that but be courteous

It’s pretty good. A worthwhile place to begin living on your own, as well as flexible payment options, an exercising place, and an outdoor playground/pool.

So far my experience has been excellent. I have really no complaints. Everyone seems so nice and try to answer all the questions that you have.

I moved in not long ago and it was very easy. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The apartment is very easy to access. The app we got with the apartment was very easy to use and very useful while moving in

The community here is great I’ve already met a few neighbors and they’ve all been so kind. A lot of people here have very cute dogs and I always see people walking them around the complex.

Just moved here, but so far, so good. The Amazon lockers are really handy and so is the fact that we're so close to the doors now. Having a locker downstairs is really cool too considering that my sister has WAY TOO much Christmas stuff. Our neighbors seem really polite, holding the doors while we're moving stuff in and out, even saying a quick greeting. I lived in our old apartment for a year and I've run into maybe three people while living there, so this feels like an actual community in comparison. It's nice to have amenities too, especially the pool, and I also love that Jumbo Pizza is nearby. Only downside is that there seems to be too many bugs in the hallways so far.

I enjoy having my complex tucked back; it’s quiet. Everything is close, which makes things extremely easy. The dog loves walking around the neighborhood.

Great location in West Chester and close enough to the borough and other shopping/dining in the area. Pool is beautiful. The 2-bedroom apartment is spacious and has a lot of cool features, such as use of a smart door lock. Leasing office is eager to help and responsive.

Good, fairly quiet neighborhood with nice amenities. Nice and close to Downtown west Chester with lots of food options. Any issues with maintenance was solved ASAP

Communication is always available, very reliable maintenance. Apartments are updated and clean. Wonderful amenities. Nice rewards program i utilize often.

Even since before move-in, Jackie has been so kind to us. We have a two bedroom for my mother and I. My mother is elderly and needed accommodations. She didn’t need any kind of disability accommodations, but she wanted a first floor and we wanted an in-unit washer and dryer. The things that I wanted for her were taken into account and I really appreciated the extra mile that the leasing office took explaining everything and get me ready for move-in day. My mother says this place feels “homely” and she feels safe. You can’t ask more than that. I'm thrilled. Thank you

We are coming up on 3 months here and it has been amazing! Maintenance is 10/10 not only do they get the job done quickly but they are always in a good mood when they show up to help fix something! I rarely have issues finding parking and the noise between units is very minimal! This is by far the best apartment I have resided in!

Everyone is very polite. Maintenance is very helpful, whenever i call they come right away! The grounds are kept very nice and clean. Need more parking options.

Waterview is a very well maintained community with great amenities and quiet apartments! We love that there is free storage and plenty of free parking!

I love it here! Clean, nice neighbors, great location! I looked at several other apartments before choosing one but this one was by far my favorite in this price range.

Its nice clean and quiet. I love the community and how they are efficient. When it snowed they took care of everything everything very promptly

It’s been amazing living here I love the community. The gym is amazing and it’s nice to be able to ride the bikes around the complex. I also really enjoy the balcony .

All is great for the area. Quick service request returns. Parking is tough. Rent is decent. Lovely dogs and cats are allowed. Dog park is a plus.

Leasing office is quick to offer solutions. Maintenance department responses extremely quick with proper fixes. The community in itself is calm; I enjoy that.

i like living here a lot, the maintenance and amenities are fantastic. application was very student friendly. i think it is too expensive for the size of the apartments though.

Overall this is a great community. The location cannot be beat - it's near great learning institutions and shops and my work. The apartment functions as a safe place to be and the surrounding neighborhood is wonderful for walks in the evening with the pup. The Amazon pick up spot means I never have to worry about not getting my packages and the office has always been open to answering or addressing my questions.

Great place to live. Staff is very nice, helpful. and attentive. The complex is kept clean and tidy. We enjoy the amenities and location of the complex.

Reason I just give 3 stars is due to the dog park. Its a shame when I go there and would love to run around with my dog but cant because not everyone cleans up after their dogs and its been getting worse. It would be nice if there was someone that would go in there once and awhile and clean up. It would be even better if everyone just cleaned up after their dogs but unfortunately that does not happen. There also needs to be some light down there and thats for the kid park and the exercise area too. I would like to go there when I get home from work but it is just so dark this time of year you can't.

Very pleased to live at Waterview. Clean, friendly and nice neighborhood. The staff at the leasing office are helpful and responsive. The grounds are very well kept.

It’s a great place to live location wise and with a pet. You don’t hear neighbors too much. Everything is cheaply redone/renovated but it is the most affordable rent in the area

Have only been here a few months but the community seems friendly , easy to commute to anything I need and the leasing office has been pretty good in responding to emails so far .

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. Amenities are good and maintained well. Close to Giant, Wawa and other stores for your daily needs. We have a redtaurant and a Pizzeria within ghe community. Support staff and the management are friendly.

So quiet and peaceful! Office staff is so friendly. The grounds are clean as well as the buildings common areas. All questions are answered quickly .

Staff is amazing. Community is quiet and clean for the most part. Got lucky with pretty cool neighbors. Definitely pet friendly. My family loves it here.
