Property Ratings at WaterView Living
I moved in April 15 2024, and I love it here. 1) The apartment is beautiful. 2) There's no noise. 3) The apartment was nicely renovated when I moved in. 4) Evelyn was so nice, respectful, and helpful when she showed me the available apartments. 5) Once I moved in, Evelyn asked me whether I was happy with everything, and I told her there were some repairs that needed to be done. The following day, two people from facilities came in and took care of everything in 30 min. 6) There was a discrepancy with my bill, and Evelyn advocated for me. On top of it, Roxy went over my bill from her laptop, showing me all the charges and going over each of them with full transparency. She was extremely approachable and professional. Thank you, team!
Service requests go ignored for months, and not minor service requests either... when we moved in, our apartment smelled damp and we found mold. Turns out, the crawl space behind our apartment flooded every time it rained and our drywall was soaked and rotted. They “fixed” the issue and replaced have the wall, but now we’re having the same issue again! We have now been emailing them for a MONTH and being ignored. It’s absolutely disgusting. We have a 4 year old and mold allergies. They do not care about your wellbeing and do not bring in the appropriate professionals to fix major issues the first time.
Property Managers are unresponsive to phone calls and emails. They are very slow fixing the issues. Handed over the unit not ready (piping in progress, uncleaned, aircon unit is busted, light bulbs busted, living room window and ceiling water dripping and mailbox key not handed over until to date). I give them NO STAR for their TERRIBLE service.
Been here for 4 years and are thankfully leaving now. Honestly this place is a nightmare, it does not look like the pictures at all. Management has changed a few times but none of them truly care about the property or residents. The super does not know what he is doing and everything is constantly a patch job but never done the right way which just leads to bigger problems and constant issues. As other reviews stated hot water is sporadic. We have had so many water leaks in this place, the ceiling has been torn out 6 times and those are just the times they were trying to “fix it”. Rent is always going up but none of the extra goes back into the units. I have never had such terrible customer service anywhere! Just please take my word for it and run!!!
