Watervue Apartment Homes

Apartment is very nice and the leasing agents have been so helpful and kind. A couple of things needed to be fixed upon move in, such as the dishwasher and HVAC system. There is a dog waste problem around our building, with people not picking up after their animals.

Good Ambience, great people . Clean surroundings n great staff. Very helpful staff . Love to be a part of this community. Great schools in the vicinity .

Been here for the past few months and loving it! The neighborhood is beautiful with great accommodations and the property management office has been super helpful with any issues we have had!

I have lived at Waterview Apartment Homes for 15 months now. I've received excellent service from both the office and maintenance department. I've only had 1 issue but it was resolved the same day, within hours of placing my request.

I’ve been at this complex for about 5 months, they’ve been very kind and attentive. I our in some maintenance requests and they were delt with quickly and efficiently.

We are very unhappy we can not get the people upstairs to be quiet it is midnight and they are still running around in the apartment we need someone to get them to be quiet

Very nice apartments lived here for 2 years haven’t had many issues beautiful pond view. Maintenance is pretty quick with requests and new management team is kind

Overall very good place to live, very secure and isolated apartments can't hear anything from outside. The amenities are well keep and clean.

En estos momentos la administración de los apartments no han podido garantizar mi puesto de estacionamiento a pesar de que pago mensualmente por ello, tengo una bebé de 5 meses y pago ese parqueo para facilitar la llegada a mi apartamento y todos los fines de semana otro carro estaciona en mi lugar. He conversado con la administración y no hacen nada para solucionar mi problema

2nd day here and I love it , looking forward to posting another review when it’s been a few months. after speaking with the office staff and how nice they were I can only assume it’s going to be smooth

We have had many complaints about cigarette and other odors coming into our apartment from our nearest neighbor and it seems that management and the caretakers are not concerned. This has become too unpleasant and unsustainable. But nobody cares!

A week in and so far really enjoy it. Haven’t had a chance to use amenities that much but like the options. Wish parking were better without having to pay for a reserved spot

Staff actually cares. Apartment living is never perfect, but this place feels like home. Ponds and basket ball are cool and unique amenities and I love the character and built in shelving in my apartment.

My experience has been excellent. The office personnel is very attentive and my neighbors are quiet people. The common areas are well kept. Every time I have a request is met to high standards.

Lived here for two years so far really great community love the unique style and layout of the apartments lots for natural lighting and beautiful pond. Rarely have to call maintenance and if we do they are very quick to fix any problems!

Has been steadily getting better over the past year with new management. Lots of upgrades to the property and getting rid of problem tenants. Those in the office here actually care, and it shows.

It started out a little bumpy but, I finally ended Strong and my Apartment was exactly what I wanted. I look out my window at the dog park and it’s just beautiful!

Love this community, very quiet, and very comfortable. We moved here from another state and I was anxious to live here, but my neighbors and the community itself has made it feel like home.

New management is much more professional. Overall nice community. Pretty well maintained and neighbors are nice. Pool and gym are convenient.

Lived here 15 years at Watervue. It's really a great place to call home. It's a safe community, we have any questions they are always answered. Work requests are always completed.

I have been living here since January 2024. It was a very rough start moving in here. But after a few months everything started getting better. The management changed and everything started looking up. So for the most part we have really enjoyed living here. I love the staff and they all know my name and we know most of their names. I love living here, the management staff has been great and it’s a safe environment for the family. I have lived here for over two years now and this has been the safest complex my family and I have experienced in the Keller area.

We Love Watervue. We are here living here in that comunity from 2012. A lot of Changes from the beginning but we still and Survive here. New Managements every single o other year, new neighbors every year Sadly

My Family and I have been living here for over 14 years and we love it! There are many personal reasons why we rent instead of purchasing a home, with that said we are very happy living here. There were some issues with the previous management companies in the past few years, but with Highmark as the new management group it has been night and day! They have made living here enjoyable again! The staff in the office to the maintenance crew are fantastic. A few of the reasons why we love living here is that there are quite a few different floor plans to choose from, the grounds are kept clean and with the new lighting bright at night which makes it safer to walk in the evening, we have 2 ponds (really 3 if you count the one out front) and a lot of wild life, and close to many stores and facilities to include being close to I 35 (this could be a bad thing as well). Thank you Highmark for doing a great job in making Watervue a great place to live!

Parking kinda sucks but the staff is great. Grounds could be picked up more often. And the gym is always full of kids who don’t live here making it hard to workout or enjoy the basketball court.

The apartment complex is very beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! The office staff is so sweet and helpful with any questions. Perfect first apartment!

Water vie is a more than wonderful place in terms of addition, security and commitment in terms of management in maintaining calm and security. I advise everyone I know in residence at Water Vue.

Everyone that I have encountered so far has been really kind. It has been easy to talk to people and not feel like strangers. This place truly feels like home for my wife and I.

We were so excited to move to such a beautiful apartment complex. The agent that helped us apply to our apartment was such wonderful help and made moving into our first home an enjoyable experience.

Great complex and even here staff. Maintenance is quick always does a good job. Grounds are always clean. The office staff is amazing and responds quickly to everything needed. My kids love it here. Feels safe and the apartments are beautiful inside. Love that I have a yard and garage!

We moved in the other day and have loved the complex and our unit. Very clean, very safe, and is feeling more and more like a place we can call home with each day.

Randy is an amazing front desk host. He takes the time to answer questions and you will not feel rushed. Everyone is very kind and ensure you are priority. Thank you very much very a great experience.

Love it here! The only issue is the residents who don’t know how to use a trash can… Other than the littering it’s great! Great staff and amenities

kind and easy going people in this community! enjoy getting to watch the sunrise over the ponds with the mallards each morning. maintenance team is also always on top of things!

Great living experience, the only thing I would like to see improve is the parking. By time I would get home by 7pm I would have to park on the other side of the apartment complex.

It’s cool living here. Not as bad as the last apartments I was in. The staff are cool too thank you! It’s in a great area too. It’s by a lot!

This community is very well managed and well maintained. My experience with 1 work request was handled very expeditiously and professionally. It is also a quiet community with plenty of parking spaces for visitors. I have lived here for 10 months and have renewed my lease for another year. I would definitely give The WaterVue Apartment Homes a 5 star rating.

Everyone here is wonderful, kind and helpful. The community is clean and quiet. Any maintenance is taken care of quickly. Couldn’t ask for a better complex to live in!

It’s been wonderful living here. I’ve had very little issues. The staff is amazing! I haven’t felt this cozy in an apartment in a very long time and it’s in such a safe area.

new things are happening. Events started and we can see the nice greenery around ,its so beautiful. Little issue with dogs only that's up to owners.

The apartments are kept pretty clean and they communicate well with the residents. It’s very peaceful and close to almost everything. Walmart is just steps away.

Move in was easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Service requests are quickly answered. Amenities are great - my kids love the pools and the indoor basketball court. Property is clean and well-maintained.

The is friendly staff , the apartments are clean and the neighborhood is call and quiet, I love the atmosphere here and would highly recommend it
