I love this community…best office & maintenance staff My only concern is the extreme rent increases

Superb property, conscientious management & staff creates a unique residential community in the heart of Hilton Head.

Waterwalk might just be the best place to call home on the whole island. It has an unbeatable location close to so many things. It is well-built, clean, quiet and has beautiful views of the marsh and parks. Not to mention professional and personable staff/management, and friendly neighbors. So far I love it here!

My husband and I are happy living at WaterWalk. We enjoy our neighbors, and the staff is incredible. The activities and amenities are first class.

Waterwalk is a great place to live. It's like living in a 5 star hotel but with people and management you know and respect.

We have found that our Waterwalk stay has exceeded our expectations. The Management Team has been very friendly, proactive and professional in making us feel very welcome. They go beyond to provide gatherings and social activities to get residents together.

I have lived in Waterwalk for over a year and have loved every minute of it. From the very start with Rebekah making my transition to a new place answering all my questions and concerns to now enjoying my new surroundings that include beaches, parks, restaurants, and shops just a bike ride away! Also Rebekah and staff are always thinking of creative resident functions to bring us together making it easy to meet people. And I always feel safe which is priceless! Rent here you won’t regret it!

Waterwalk is an extraordinary community. The staff is so welcoming and provide terrific service including finding us the perfect home and explaining the community and all the amenities available to us. This is a great location in Hilton Head and residents are very friendly and helpful.

I love living in WaterWalk. From the spectacular views, to the beautiful living spaces and absolutely everything in between, this is an amazing place to call home!!

I’m impressed by the friendliness of the staff in Waterwalk. Everyone is always willing to help and available whenever needed. They also work hard to to provide social parties, such as Christmas , valentines, dress in white, oysterparty and many others. They even arrange for monthly lunches in different restaurants. In short, I love WaterWalk!

Maintenance issues are immediately taken care of. The staff is the best. The Christmas was wonderful. We had dancing, good food and good drink. I love that we can go into the office to talk to the staff at anytime. Thank you WaterWalk, it is a great place to live.

We have only been a short time, but we immediately felt right at home The apartments are very well appointed. Plenty of storage and wonderful access to our car which is on the floor we live on. Beautiful amenities and great care of taking care of the building. Very happy.

Nice place, great maintenance team.. security is a little lax, as some gates don’t lock.. Should not allow any contractors in building without supervision as there was a vandalism incident a couple weeks ago by a contractor.

Waterwalk is the premiere rental in the Hilton Head/ Bluffton area. The units are spacious , well appointed, great views, and convenient for shopping/ dining without the need for driving. It is a " hassle-free" environment. Maintenance , the gym, the pool--all taken care of.

Architecturally beautiful living accommodations with lovely common space indoors and outdoors. An intergenerational age group that has a sense of community. Very welcoming to pets. A gracious and comfortable home for all!

The Waterwalk community is amazing. Being able to live on broad creek and embrace some of the most beautiful sunsets you’ve ever seen, combined with amazing amenities and fabulous apartment homes… You can’t go wrong living here!

Living here is very relaxing. Similar to being on vacation every day.

We are moving out in May because we purchased a home, but our stay here at Waterwalk was just Fabulous, anyone that’s considering moving here could call me for a reference anytime. Great Staff and the Management Team is just Superb!!!

Waterwalk has been a wonderful home for us this past year. We've lived on HHI for 10 years and are thoroughly enjoying this community and its amenities .. Pool, Exercise Rooms, Meeting Room, grilling Stations and more. We love the proximity to SC Towne Center and the Restaurants, Shops, Grocery Store, Park with all of the activities -- it gives us a "small town" feeling. Mike O.

Waterwalk is a lovely place to live. Everyone is very friendly and each resident respects the privacy of others. Service requests are handled in a timely manner. The office staff is both friendly and helpful. We started our married life 58 years ago in graduate housing and are now, 58 years later, enjoying the luxuries of this beautiful complex. We couldn’t be more pleased.

We have only had our Apartment for 2 weeks, but have found it to be beyond our expectations. The other residents have been very friendly and welcoming.The Staff has been very professional and friendly.
