Waterwalk might just be the best place to call home on the whole island. It has an unbeatable location close to so many things. Great Place to Live!
I have lived in Waterwalk for over a year and have loved every minute of it. From the very start with Rebekah making my transition to a new place answering all my questions and concerns to now enjoying my new surroundings that include beaches, parks, restaurants, and shops just a bike ride away! Also Rebekah and staff are always thinking of creative resident functions to bring us together making it easy to meet people. And I always feel safe which is priceless! Rent here you won’t regret it!

I’m impressed by the friendliness of the staff in Waterwalk. Everyone is always willing to help and available whenever needed. Nice place, great maintenance team.. security is a little lax, as some gates don’t lock.. Should not allow any contractors in building without supervision as there was a vandalism incident a couple weeks ago by a contractor.
