WATERWALL tries to maintain its image Concierge are friendly, but like any other place can have a “Testy attitude !” Pool area kept clean, pillows cabana mattresses could be cleaned may need a washing. Security of building seems pretty good!

My wife and I moved into Watewall Place in April 2024. The management and staff are accommodating and quick to assist. Gavin showed us around and worked closely with us through the approval process. Nancy, the assistant manager, has also been a pleasure to work with. Additionally, the concierges are excellent and extremely helpful, making it easy to get packages, do laundry, etc. Overall, I would recommend Waterwall Place as an excellent luxury apartment and place to live in the Galleria Area.

The common areas are showing signs of wear and tear. In the 4.5 years we’ve been residents the carpet hasn’t been replaced and the hall paint hasn’t been touched up. The carpet near the freight elevator stinks of dog urine. It is particularly bad in the warm summer months. PLEASE replace the carpets.

So far my experience has been pretty positive! I would like to see the carpet in our hallway cleaned more often and neighbors trash picked up and removed empty trash can left in hallway sometimes days on end. Just a suggestion. Staff has been very helpful upon request. Thank you for asking!

For the most part, this is a lovely place to live. However, recent installation of bright glaring LED lights in the pool and courtyard area and issues with security and unauthorized vehicles in the garage has lessened my enthusiasm.

Nancy and Chris are amazing. They have been so helpful and instrumental in getting me and my mom moved here from Florida. The building is BEAUTIFULLYYYYY maintained. It's a beautiful place in a great location. The pure concrete building is extremely quiet and well maintained. The pool and gym are excellent. The managers and maintenance staff do a great job!

This place is very nice. The amenities are fantastic, the people living here are very nice, and the staff is even nicer! They are always willing to help with anything. You’ll find parking here no matter what too.

No control in parking area. Poor control in the gym. In the morning people not resident use the gym and none control or report nothing. Lack of security in general. this is a risk for this wonderful residence

It is a nice place to live, but is not what it once was. I used to brag about this place to everyone and now I really don't say much to anyone about it. It's a shame, because I used to love this place like no other.

i moved in back in july and i cant say enough good things about waterwall place! everyone was so nice throughout the whole process! love having the mall next door even though i spend way to much money there lol!

Visit this place and fell in love. Was helping my sister find a new apartment but definitely coming back for myself when my lease is up. Love the lounge room at the top floor. Very friendly and helpful staff.
