Property Ratings at Waterway Crossing Apartments
Not allowed to have guests over unless you visit office between 9-5 M-F to get a guest parking pass, they tow resident vehicles whenever they feel like it even if you have a parking pass and costs $250min to get you vehicle back. All units are outdated, no overhead lighting anywhere but kitchen, it’s 10ths + outdated…. And the list goes on.
The old office manager was terribly rude, persnickety and the curb appeal was zilch. Neighbors loud even after complaints. The maintence used to never clean the pet stations and always looked upset and unwelcoming. Every month I considered leaving as soon as the lease was up! 10000% improvement in the past year! Front desk is friendly and welcoming, sweet office manager who keeps it all up to date as far as the pool and grounds. Maintence guys are all fantastic and easy to work with and get along with. Very friendly to me and my service dog, very welcoming and pleasant. Now I'm proud to call this place home for years to come. Thank you waterway crossing
There appears to be new management and maintenance personnel at our community here in waterway that looks like they are trying to better our community. In recent past I will say maintenance has been subpar but Dale and the other guy looks to be putting alot of effort here, the pool used to be closed on Mondays for servicing the pool according to maintenance and now they have the crystal clear pool open 7 days a week. I asked him about the pool and he said to me that even on the weekends when staff is off work that he is out there monitoring the chemicals of the pool. I have seen maintenance cleaning up trash in mornings around the parking lots and such, the doggie waste stations are much cleaner, I have seen them working on the exteriors of our buildings and each time we drive by, he throws his hand up with a smile and hello to make us feel right at home. This place is definately getting a facelift from maintenance. I believe only 1 person works in the office and her name is sherry but the office is always open when in the past it was only open a couple days a week. I am getting memos from the office about them towing cars that dont be long here which I am so happy for because on the weekend it gets so crowded out here with visitors and trouble makers. Overall our community is finally getting its curb appeal, money for rent is well spent and worth it
