Located about 10 miles southwest of West Palm Beach, River Bridge is an expansive residential community within the city of Greenacres. River Bridge consists of 18 separate, small neighborhoods known within the community as "islands," although they are actually peninsulas.
An intricate network of waterways weaves throughout the community and separates each "island" from the next. As a result, more than 80 percent of the homes in River Bridge boast a waterfront view. The community's quiet atmosphere and convenience to countless amenities make River Bridge a popular choice for renters seeking apartments in the West Palm Beach area. Okeeheelee Park, the Mall at Wellington Green, and multiple golf and country clubs all lie within close reach of the community.

Property Ratings at Waterway Village
it’s dirty. filled with rats and roaches. your car will be infested even if you are a clean person. there has been plenty of murders and robberies. the leasing management is unprofessional and disrespectful. beware before you move here
I’m disgusted by the treatment from this apartment and the staff. In addition to not having a good stove, washing machine and going without AC for weeks…we have mold!!!!! Clothes, shoes, furniture destroyed! I spoke to Adriana and told her it’s unfair to ask for a lease renewal until the mold situation is dealt with, they did not address the mold issue, instead increased our rent by placing us on month-to-month rental which forces us to pay the ridiculously high rent and at the same time find another place to move to within a few weeks due to health issues! BEWARE!!!
I have had nothing but a wonderful experience so far! I look forward to the next year being with this community. Carmen and Adriana have always gone above and beyond with making sure I'm happy with everything!
i cant write much because of the limit for too long but all i can say is that if you really want to move here i at least recommend living in the second floor or above i live in the first floor and so many bugs come inside from the front door, the staff is not the best helper, before moving in a saw a roach, hole in a wall, and a roach in the laundry machine theres more but i cant say much because of the writing limit
If I could give a rating of zero I would. All appliances are beyond old. The gate never works. The compactor has been broken for months and they have a huge dumpster in front that smells horrific. The Air conditioning goes out almost every month. The staff has a major attitude and don’t care for you or your family.
I moved here not too long ago. Front of the complex looks like a landfill and the managers refuse to take care of the issue! I tried to address it with them the other day, called several times yet no one answered. Tried again few days later but nothing. It’s overwhelming as I am still fairly new here. You can smell it all around the complex. Another issue is the lack of new appliances here. Everything is extremely old. You’re better off living elsewhere.
This property has roaches everywhere in the kitchen no matter wat yu do the roaches come back and if u are on the first floor all u hear is ppl walking all day and night yu can't sleep if yu call the office no one cares and they have very old Appliances there very rude at the office and show no concern about any problems yu have in ur place or on the property it's a shame but yu want ppl to pay all this money for rent but the property is poor very poor and I'm very upset cause I wish I knw this before I moved in here but I will be letting corporations knw as well as family and friends about this property it's poor and not worth ur living conditions if ur a clean person yu will always have roaches and spiders everywhere yu turn it a sad place ??
I lived my first year in the USA is this magnificent place, beautiful my apt with all the comforts and excellent service by Adriana in the administration. A cozy place and very well located in the city ... Thank you?
We are first time apartment renters and we were very hesitant to apply due to the high application fee. We had less than two weeks to move. We have been staying here for two months now and I’m shocked! Any repair requests have been addressed. Sometimes they even do more than what’s actually expected. When the paint peeled in the bathtub after only a few days, they had a remodeling done of the bathroom! They were done in one day! Yes it took a little extra time for them to take care of it and now I understand why, they hired a remodeling service to do the job. Which is the right way! This complex is family friendly. Carmen helped us get into our new little place and we don’t regret it. Adrianna is amazing as well! We had some fleas when we moved in but we just let them know and the pest control came by every week until they were gone. It’s an apartment, I don’t expect it to be perfect but Waterway Village has really exceeded my expectations of apartment living!
Everyone in the office is very nice. They are easy to reach, and are accommodating to requests. The facilities are kept clean and updated.
We’ve have had nothing but a wonderful experience so far! We look forward to the next year being with this community. Adriana has gone above and beyond with making sure we’re happy with everything!
The place was filled with roaches when I moved in they sent pest control but even the man who came to do it told me the complex chose the cheapest solution they have. The office staff are friendly at first but After you move in they want nothing to do with you. I only lived their 8 months moved in April 2017 the roaches were way too bad and when you asked to switch to another unit they don’t have any available they say. My friend moved in around the same time I did and I went in her apartment roaches were coming from the ceiling and in every bathroom they had to give her another unit in the other complex. I wish someone could have saved me from moving in here because this is the worst apartment complex I’ve been to and I’ve seen plenty.
ON THE NIGHT I MOVED IN THERE WERE THOUSANDS OF ROACHES POURING OUT OF EVERYWHERE. THE UNIT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CLEANED AND IT WASN'T. THE CARPET WAS STAINED, THE SINKS HAD TOOTHPASTE SPIT IN IT. I WAITED OVER THE WEEKEND FOR THEM TO GET THE UNIT READY TO MOVE IN CHANGED MY ARRANGEMENTS AND FOR NOTHING. THEY SENT AN EXTERMINATOR 3 X IN 14 DAYS TO KILL THE ROACHES AND I SPRAYED EVERY NIGHT BUT STILL HAD THEM. MANAGEMENT AND PEST CONTROL TOLD ME TO BE PATIENT. WELL I HAD NO TIME I WAS TO BRING HOME MY HUSBAND FROM THE HOSPITAL WHO IS VERY SICK TO AN APARTMENT WITH ROACHES. MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE. CODE ENFORCEMENT IS FRIENDLY WITH THEM SO THAT DOESN'T HELP.. THE UNITS ARE PAPER THIN YOU HEAR EVERYTHING YOUR NEIGHBORS ARE DOING, LIKE SELLING DRUGS ACROSS THE HALL. THE KIDS UPSTAIRS PLAY SOCCER AND THE ENTIRE APARTMENT SHAKES. THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY DOESN'T CARE.
I live here and had been calling maintenance emergency line for 7 times I'm 4hours late to work and no one has yet to come out... I saw a lady who work in the office showing a lady an available apartment walked over to her told her my situation She stayed there's nothing she can do she just leases apartment I even made here aware I'm over 3 hours late for work waiting on maintenance To show up ( maintenance cannot be trusted in your apartment alone they have them at several things in my house) she still didn't care just continue to talk to the lady about the available units.... Do not recommend running from this place everybody blames everybody and nobody takes responsibility the front office blames maintenance maintenance blames the front office... And my house is been broken into two times since I lived here
