I love my apartment and the amenities that it has to offer. my compliant would be how the residents treat the community. No respect to having something nice and just disregard to respect to how to treat the community. I believe rules need to be enforced more.

Living here is just great! The gym and pool are awesome, perfect for working out or relaxing. The clubhouse is fantastic, especially the co-working spaces, which are super convenient. And the unlimited coffee is a dream! The apartment is bright, clean, and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Liz—she’s always ready to assist with any issues. The downsides are the unstable internet and the speed bumps in the parking lot. But the parking is secure and clean, which we really appreciate. We still love it here!

my experience has been wonderful. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The unit itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and modern, high-quality finishes. The community offers fantastic amenities like a well-equipped gym, a clean and inviting pool, and beautifully maintained common areas. The management team has been attentive and quick to address any concerns, making the transition seamless. The neighborhood is also peaceful and secure, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I have been lied to and deceived multiple times by the staff here. I have not been happy with my time here, after talking to other residents and doing some research on past residents I have learned other have had similar experiences as I have. I wish I did more research prior to moving in here.

Very calm & Nice environment to live in, the amenities are great & staff has always been nice. Walking distance to different restaurants & the movie theater! Love that its only about a 3 minute drive to the allen outlets.

So happy to see that management are true to their word. I asked when the speed bumps will be installed in the garage & was told it should be completed in Oct. 2024 & true as promised they were in stalked in Oct. I trust what they say will be done when promised! That is important to us!

Very quick and easy customer service. Property tour was very informative. I would definitely recommend this place. I love that you don’t have anything but codes to get around everywhere. And love the parking garage and that it is gated.

I don’t know if I’ve noticed this due to recent change in management or if it just has come to my attention. The reason I marked one star lower than last is the lack of communication between the complex and the tenant. If I submit an email querying on a topic like the status of something I was told would be done there should be email correspondence not just a complete lack of response. It makes me feel that the management doesn’t care and does not take responsibility for solving the issue. It fundamentally changes my feelings about how involved I should be in the community given the lack of care and concern.

It has not been the perfect experience, of course. However, each unit I have lived in so far, I’ve enjoyed! I’ve never been bothered by noise transfer, never had rodent issues, and their maintenance team has always been phenomenal!

I love the area. It’s really nice and quiet. It’s in walking distance to the movie theater. I really love the little park area that is across the street. You can go sit under the covered area that’s there. They have tables and chairs there if you want to sit and read a book. Or just sit to relax. It’s also, an area you can walk your dog or play catch with your dog. The gym is also, a nice work out area. You are in walking distance to a few restaurants in the area as well.

Watterscape is an okay place to live. A few things that are irritating is internet always going out the fire alarms always going off never know when it’s a real situation. The resident events could be better.

I really like this place, the only thing that I noticed is that sometimes I lose the wifi connection, but I'm enjoying the new apartments and amenities.

Everything has been great with minor hiccups from some appliances not working in the beginning but the maintenance has been on top of it and so far it has been great. And everyone here has been excellent.

Great place to live. If you are looking for a resort style apartment, this is your place. They have everything you need, and shopping is in walking distance.
It a beautiful and peaceful community very nice and clean. I have never seen apartments like this before in my life. They have all the amenities. The staff is very helpful as well

It been great so far. Quiet , calm. I love that there restaurants & entertainment at walking distance. The allen outlets are 4 min away . &staff is very friendly.
Fantastic experience, the management is awesome. They made the moving in process easy and provided support as well. The property is well maintained and constantly clean, they seem to hold themselves to a higher standing.

The move in process was easy. The staff were very helpful. They didn't just answer the questions, when I got stuck they walked me through it step by step.
