I’ve been living here for over a year and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The community has everything I need, it’s always clean and well-maintained. My neighbors are great people, and the leasing office is super helpful and responsive. I loved the modern amenities and the convenience of the location. The gym and pool were great perks. However, the idea of selling out the closest parking lots that’s used to be a big relief getting home and closer to my door especially with baby and toddlers makes me nervous of changes that’ll come in the near future. Compared to my other residence experience, Watterscape is always ???????????? no dispute

Great place to live love location . There is an amazing pool and a really good gym. It’s clean and people are friendly! The lobby has coffee and the staff is great. I appreciate the concierge service too. Love it here.

From the time I got here to the time I left I never had a people it was always positive they always have somthing going on and one of my favorite is the technology the doors to the keypads to the distal scanners to get in or even the code to get into my room it’s just so nice I can’t really complain about much besides the WiFi keeps going out and sometimes the maintenance is not the best but other then that 10/10

The Wi-Fi has been consistently unreliable since I moved in two years ago, and unfortunately, there have been no improvements. Additionally, some of the current front desk staff come across as unfriendly and at times even confrontational, which creates an unwelcoming environment

I just moved into WatterScape, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The move-in process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the helpful and welcoming staff. Everything was clean and ready when I arrived, and the apartment looked even better in person than it did in the photos. I just wish the floors and walls were not so thin. I have very high ceilings and I can still hear the people on the third floor walking above me. As for the walls, I can hear my neighbors watching tv in their bedroom that backs up to my living room. Then I can hear my neighbors in my bedroom when they have company. Everything else is Great!!! The amenities, pool and game area. The work out gym is incredible. I really love the pavilion area that’s across from the apartments. It belongs to apartments and they did a really nice job with it. It’s a great place to go sit and relax. Even work on a laptop on a nice evening. I would have given it a five stars if it wasn’t for the walls and floors being so thin.

The staff is amazing , very professional, the leasing office is always clean and smells good . The apartment complex is calm ??, and always clean. The concierge is always present and do their job so well. Since I have been here , I have never had a bad experience, the security here is top notch ??. I moved here when it first opened the property isn’t the same. The dynamics have changed here. The up keep is very different. Makes me sad because at one time this was my happy place. Referred a few friends here kinda of embarrassed now.

I’ve enjoy been here been here almost 2 years. Everyone so nice. And it is quiet, wish they had more handicap parking. Office and other staff all been wonderful.
