Property Ratings at Waverly Apartments
The management team really cares about the property and the residents. They built us a new grilling area and a firepit. I have seen inside some of the older apartments and mine is definitely upgraded from the way those look. They chose great colors and a very at home feel for the apartment.
I enjoy that this property is small and quiet, which is great! Neighbors are peaceful and keep to themselves. Staff has more than friendly and very helpful which is more than appreciated! The best thing is that I don't have to fight for a parking spot!
On move in the walls had been touched up and everything in the apartment was clean and fresh. With all of the trees surrounding the property the noise is minimal and it's small enough that I can always find a parking space. The parking lots and yards are always clean & tidy.
The property has come a long way since we got new maintenance and management. They do a great job at being there when you need them. The value of the apartments themselves are pretty good and the location is great with CFA being super close and other great places. A hidden gem in carrollton for sure. Worth it.
The new team really listens to the residents! They have noticed that the old management never updated or upgraded anything in our apartments and they are working to upgrade and repair all kinds of problems we had but unlike the old team, they are doing it the RIGHT way!
Was told a unit was available but was instructed to submit my application immediately. Paid over 250 bucks and have not been able to get into contact with anyone since! What a swindle. Hope you guys enjoy your free money!!!
We’ve been living in this community for 4 years. It was a great place to live when the Denney brothers owned the complex. Last year the owners sold to a new company and it sucks living here now. She forced everyone sign a lease and pay for water. Everything she is promising in the advertisement is a lie. They have not upgraded the apartments yet they jacked up the rent. The property manager is never here and I wouldn’t let the maintenance man into my apartment during the day (he looks shady). Don’t waste your time moving out here!!
None Available!! My husband and i just went here today and they told us they just haven't taken it offline yet. Just in case someone comes across this listing. I only put 1 star because i have to leave a rating.
I have been here three(3) years. The management (including the maintenance worker) are very, friendly. The rent is very reasonable, including the free cable TV. I have not seen nor heard of any auto or apartment break-ins. Just a very respectable place.
