Property Ratings at Waverly at Oyster Point
amazing job renovating property, brand new everything!!! even the outside grounds WHERE set to perfection I WAS impressed during the winter months. most recent the brand new playground stays dirty and unsafe for smaller children.. playhouse and pool never open with no notice to the residents of the reasoning why. Entry way hallways not kept up, dead bugs all around causing nature to do what they naturally do (hoover around, nesting) All this money put into this property which looked very nice and still has the potential of being just that. I question why management doesn't do monthly or at least quarterly rounds to make certain the property is being maintained.

The apartment complex is cheap and that's the draw to the place. But the management here is terrible, they leave the office before their closing hours. I believe they have me on a do not answer list because no one ever answers or gets back to me when I call and the second I call from someone else's number they answer. My sewage in my bathtub has been backed up for a month now and no one has come out to do anything about it. And for the past year my ac has broke so many times I went out and bought my own window unit. The bugs are terrible even after bug bombing it several times myself throughout the year. They also recently changed management so I thought maybe the place would improve but just more who could care less about their residents. Could not be a more terrible place to live.
