My family and I have lived here for just under 5 years and just recently moved out due to purchasing a home. We have nothing but great things to say about the property and office staff. The apartments have a lot of square footage compared to a lot of the other properties nearby and really allowed space for our family and pets to grow without making us feel compact. The girls in the office were always friendly and available to help out with anything we needed and maintenance was on top of it with quick repairs.

The Gnats in the apartment are terrible. Especially during spring/summer. All 3 gates of not work, the pool was closed for majority of the year in 2022. Appliances are cheap. The rent went up almost $400 and it’s not worth the money at all! The parking is terrible. This is the worst complex in Pooler Ga. I wish I knew before I spent all my money on this location.

Pool has been shut down since May. Gate is always broken. Front office staff is HORRIBLE and will not answer phone calls or emails. Cars are being broken into and packages stolen. They keep raising the rent for renewals to current residents but offer discounted rent and specials to new applicants? That is a huge red flag. Entire office staff just got replaced and new staff is unprofessional. Never any parking. No rules are enforced. Walls are paper thin. Supposed to be no smoking but all you smell is weed and cigarette smoke Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

This place is horrible. It’s never no parking spot. The gates are always broken. The emergency number they give you in case of an emergency doesn’t work.

First off, the staff is wonderful, including the maintenance. They make sure your apartment is in tip-top shape before moving in and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The apartments are spacious and beautiful and even comes with a washer/dryer installed. Cant get any better than this in this area.

Waverly Station is the best apartment community in Pooler/Savannah! The staff is friendly to my family and I and they have made us feel welcomed from the moment we moved in! We love that we can grill fish and watch tv all at the pavilion!! The community is very involved and my neighbors are great people! Very quiet and safe! We couldn't be happier with our decision as we moved here not knowing the area. Thank you guys!!

I absolutely love it here. The front office staff, the actual apartment, and amenities are all great. I have lived in "luxury apartments" all over Georgia, having moved frequently for work, and this is by far my favorite apartment community. I looked at a number of apartments in Savannah and Pooler before I chose Waverly, and though some places were slightly less expensive (within 75-150 less per month), there was a noticeable difference in the quality of the community and the professionalism of the front office that was apparent from my first visit. I briefly considered moving to another apartment closer to work...until I couldn't even get a return phone call to schedule a tour. That'd never happen here. Happy I found this place and crossing my fingers work doesn't move me too soon!
These apartments are a wonderful place to call home. Being close to all the great attributes of the busy city of Pooler, GA, it is oddly and fortunately secluded and peaceful located conviently close by the interstate I-95. We are a gated community with security moniters set at all entrances to keep you safe and comfortable. All the apartments are mondernly built with hardwood flooring throughout and carpeted in the living areas and bedrooms. Track lighting in the kitchen and modern ceiling fans in the living rooms and the beautiful sunroom and being newly constructed a fantastic air conditioning it leaves you feeling cozy and at home. The residents are kept up to date with monthly newsletters with upcoming events in the area and what's happening in the complex. We have a great crew you keeps the grounds, doggy park, and the luxurious pool well maintained. We also have sentiments to help with the keep up in your life with a car wash and a small park to keep your young children entertained. On top of everything, we have a great and competitive rent for low stress levels and the first of the month. If your looking for a wonderful start or a place to stay and raise your family this place is the place to be. Dont regret checking our apartments out if your ever in the area, with the friendly and wonderful people who run the front office every question will not go unanswered.

I've been living at Waverly Station at the Highlands since 2012, I love where I live. I've shopped around and I like my floor plan , the cabinets, the granite counter tops, and the wood floors better than other apartments. I feel safe in my community, my neighbors are nice and quiet. There is limited access for non- residential people. The community is clean and management does a good job maintaining it. They also have a great maintenance team. The pool is nice and I've hosted parties in the Club House. One thing I wish they had is valet trash.
Waverly Station at the Highlands is a relatively nice apartment complex with several good features. The apartments are large and have great layouts with a lot of windows for natural lighting. The maintenance and front office teams are very timely and professional. On occasion, they will run contests and specials for residents to get rent reductions (I got $50 off a month's rent for catching a fish in the pond). Waverly is also located pretty close to a rapidly growing Pooler with a lot of restaurants and shopping. Downtown Savannah is about 20 mins away however. The biggest downside to living at Waverly is definitely the high rent rates. They base their rates on the time of the year you are looking to sign a lease. So in the summer, rates are extremely high compared to the rest of Pooler but in the winter, rates fall but are still kind of high. The rates change daily, so you'll have to scout out prices regularly.
