Since new management took over a few months ago it’s been horrible. Extra fees that come out of nowhere, doubled water bills from their mess ups, can’t keep up with payments, police out here every day, bugs, kids stealing cars, I can keep going. The only good thing out here is Maxine in the office.
Don't expect them to fix anything, it won't get done. They don't care about anything except making sure rent is paid on time. Maintenance is really bad.
The new management sucks the rent steady going up every year but the services getting worse the gym still not open the building are dirty and looks horrible the dumpster has trash everywhere waverton is just going downhill

Just signed my lease today. Very sweet and pleasant Management. Greeted with smilies. No hesitation with answering questions. Flexible and worked around my availability. Professional but down to earth at the same time. I enjoyed the tour of the apartment and premises. I look forward to making this home for my daughter and I with great Management and amenities. Current management is awesome! Over the summer they had a pool party with free food for all the residents and they had a few outdoor movie nights on a giant screen with free popcorn. They always try to keep the grounds as clean as possible and the staff is always friendly. Nice place to live. I would recommend it.
Just finished movie night,fantastic! Lisa is always doing something to make living here an enjoyable experience. I don't have any issues that aren't taken care of professionally and promptly . It is a great pleasure calling Waverton Ashton Green home. All of the staff (Lisa, office,and maintenance ) are dedicated to ensuring everything is as it should be. We as residents must help keep this a great place to live! It can get very loud when the kids are in the pool, but kids get loud in pools and the noise doesn't last long, parking is great, grounds are kept clean and staff is friendly and approachable .
Don't believe the negative reviews they are wrong. I have been living here for a little over one year and I love it. The people who work here are terrific and my neighbors are too. They really care about the community and the people here. I also notice an increased effort to enhance the community. It's also a plus that my kids love the pool.
I can personally say that almost everything listed in the description of these living quarters are lies.
