The pool is permanently closed, the bbq hasn't been open for over a month, the management doesn't respond at all.
West Shore does not care about residents, this is only a profit focused company. Pool has been closed all summer with no timetable to be opened. Amenities are not maintained. If you don’t have an ‘emergency’ good luck in getting anything repaired. We used to love it here until West Shore bought it.
Rent is over priced. The new mgmt calls to tell you they fix your work orders but work is never completed. All amentaties.. pool, rec area gym are always closed and broken. Shower had crack that lead to mold and they never fixed it…thanks Flex seal!
Great location. Residents are responsible and quiet, but facility is being run into the ground since new ownership last year. Poor maintenance and upkeep. Dirty hallways, dying trees, and you get charged for everything.
Had issues since day 1 (5/20/23). I've attempted to be courteous and patient throughout, however my frustration is at its peak. The AC never worked - I was told I would be provided with a portable since it was a Saturday and maintenance could not fix until Monday. I returned later that day to find a dehumidifier running. Making the apt even hotter at 82 degrees. Leasing office personnel came back with an AC unit that was placed on my kitchen island. This, however, was counterproductive since said unit was meant for a window. While the front of the unit was blowing out cold air, the back was blowing out hot air and dripping water all over the counter top. It wasn't until the 3rd week of June that someone came to "fix" the unit. He left black grease marks all over the walls, tried to clean it up with my sponge, but was unsuccessful. I had relief for two days where I was able to get my AC to a comfortable 65 degrees. On the third day, the unit would not go below 68 degrees. I sent several emails to which I did not get a single response. I had to physically make my presence known in the leasing office to only get a run around of excuses. On Friday 6/23, I went back into the office to report the problem AGAIN. The assistant manager called the HVAC serviceman and put him on speaker. The serviceman proceeded to tell me that the entire apt complex was set at 68 degrees because the HVAC system would freeze at anything below this temperature. This of course, is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, and I confirmed with several neighbors that this was anything but factual. Here again, I was told that someone would go check on it - to date, I have not heard a single word.
We like being able to walk to restaurants. There are some nice people who live here. The traffic/parking has become an ongoing problem and the walls are thin, as I type this I hear noise from the apt above me ??
0 Stars!! The staff is a revolving door there’s always some one new there and they don’t know what they’re doing. Parking is terrible there aren’t enough spots and they only give you one parking sticker even if you live in a 2 bedroom. The hallways are disgusting and people smoke everywhere and leave the cigarette butts on the ground even though it’s a “smoke-free community”. They never change the public trash cans. They close the pool every week for maintenance yet I had to bring soap and paper towels to the pool bathrooms because they never put any in there. Why’re they charging $100 a month for maintenance yet nothing is maintained. You can’t get into the clubhouse after a certain time to use the amenities in the game room. They never wash the cushions at the pool so everything that’s ever been spilled is on them. The apartments were cheaply built there was a hole in my wall when I moved in but no one had ever lived in my unit. The ice maker in the freezer has never worked. The lock on my door didn’t work the first few months. There was a gap under my door so anything blew inside. The air conditioner stopped working and was set at 74 and I couldn’t change the temp. Overall the staff constantly makes excuses for everything and never fully takes accountability. The only perk to living here is the location and being able to walk to downtown. Absolutely not worth the price for the stress.

Constant parking issues with no resolution for the past year. Made everyone get decals and then did absolutely nothing to enforce anything. Horribly cheap hardware in the apartment - had my kitchen flood 3 times because of the sink faucet. Maintenance even said they had to fix every single one because of the quality of what the apartments were built with. AC was out for 6 days in May before I could get someone to come in and fix it. The online maintenance portal is a joke and the office doesn’t answer the phones. Maintenance also told me they have no way to retrieve messages left for them and rely on the office to communicate it. I had to physically go into the office with my 2 year old to get them to send someone to fix it. Neighbors master closet had the shelving fall off the wall twice. Trash service you’re forced to pay for us a joke. Randomly won’t pick up trash or doesn’t show. Skips whole floors and then get threatening emails from the office saying they are going to fine you for not following trash policies. Adam was the manager and he was nice but everyone else in the office is awful. The maintenance guys do their best and are very nice but they’re obviously kept very busy with the shoddy builds of these apartments. Only apartments in the area but you’re better off anywhere else. They will nickel and dime you upon move out as well. Amenities are hardly usable as it’s only available during office hours and the pool is closed for weeks at a time for “maintenance”. Walls are so thin you can hear the conversations next door to you and every footstep above you. Run away.
