I hate the cement floors. They are cold and cracking. When I decided to rent apartment. The ad said wood flooring. I pay to much for cold ugly cement flooring. I see new apartments developments in the area for the same amount that I am paying here at Wayfare. They have vinyl wood look that are beautiful. The cement floors in my apartment are grey and old looking wish at least they would update to vinyl wood look. It does not cost that much for what we are paying to live here. To satisfy customers at least they could upgrade.

As my first apartment I think this was a great choice. The rate is doable for a first time renter. The location is great. Being close to the highway makes easy access for me to go to work. I love being close to grocery stores and retail shops.

Wayfare at Garden Crossing has been such a wonderful place to live in! My neighbors are all very kind and quiet. This is a wonderful little community with families and young adults. The office cares about concerns. Maintenance is absolutely amazing and super responsive! The office is kind enough to throw events throughout the year for us. Wonderful pool that is kept up very well. Very close to shopping! It has been wonderful living here.

Wayfare at Garden Crossing is an excellent community to live in. It is attractive, clean, and well maintained. The office staff, including the property manager are accessible and very nice to deal with. They welcome you to come in to discuss any issue you might have or if you just want to visit. The Maintenance staff are A-1, top notch. Glen, David and David are lovely guys who are upbeat, respectful and professional. They are responsive and I've always had service performed in a very timely manner. Even riding through the community, if you pass them, we wave at each other. I love that... We just recently received the City of Burlington Appearance Award! If you are looking for an apartment, Wayfare is about the nicest place you will find in Alamance County!

Wayfare at garden crossing is the most convenient location in Burlington. Our year and half here has been personal and felt like home. Landscaping services were out here every two weeks. Staff were always communicating with us, and the property managers were helpful in our stay here. Our dog and us enjoyed walks around the property and convenient dog areas. It was easy to feel like we were always home with family. All of our neighbors were clean and cooperative with property standards. Trash butler was consistent as possible during post pandemic and weather. In the summer we loved going to the pool and sitting on our patio. It was always positive experiences here. You get what you pay for! If we had any suggestions, it would be to tour all floor plans. We started looking at Kennan, and fell in love with Pryor. It was a cozy space for 2. Highly recommend staying here! Bell partners are always there for the community that you live in. At our prior apartments, they were managed by a third party and having a face to speak to was always helpful for us.

Wayfarer at Garden Crossing us a very nice luxury apartment complex with lots of amenities such as a year round pool, a gym, and a trash valet service. The appliances are very nice and include a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and a garbage disposal. The walk-in closet is very spacious and is about half the side of the bedroom. The landscaping is very nice and we'll kept. There is also a dog park, s grilling station and s playground for the kids. Overall, it's a very nice place to live.

Sincerely it has been a weight off my shoulders having moved here. Maintenance doesn't take forever, I can trust each member entirely with my mother, and issues are promptly solved with ZERO animosity. Big changes from what I experienced in NYC.

David was an amazing maintenance man! He came to my apartment quickly. Fixed my shower quickly and knew exactly what needed to be fixed. I have always loved the maintenance men here. They respond quickly and are always waving and are always helpful!

This is a great, quiet place to stay. It is close to shopping centers. The staff is always available and ready to work with you when approached. The neighbors in the neighborhood are friendly as well.
