Great team & beautiful community!
5 stars! Everyone there is so nice and helpful! Emery, Keenan & Brittany have all been so sweet and great to work with! The community is beautiful and well maintained! The townhomes are spacious and really feel like home!

Great location and wonderful employees
Keenan gave me a tour of this location. He had great customer service and was able to answer all of my questions promptly. After my lease is up in April I am strongly considering moving to this location. I hope he is there to assist me when I make this move.

Best Place in Concord!
This is the coolest community. I came and toured and they are so nice. A townhome rental is exactly what this area needed. I cannot wait to move into this place. Taren (the Manager) was so down to Earth and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing Customer Service

Looks really nice in person and employees arent pushy
Took a tour of this place yesterday as I am thinking of moving to the area. Looks new, clean, nice looking gym as well. The woman who led my tour was not pushy, she was really nice and knew her stuff. I am divided between this complex and another closer to downtown. I am leaning towards here because the staff was less pushy and more professional. Plus i am past my roaring 20s and uptown is too wild for me.
