Property Ratings at Wayford at Pringle Towns
The convenience and location of this property is great because it’s very close to multiple amenities but I am very disappointed with the leasing staff, their lack of knowledge and urgency on matters that should be addressed quickly and timely. They need to hire maintenance stuff that actually know what they’re doing.
Our experience living at Wayford at Pringle Towns has been great so far. The layout of the townhomes are beautiful, and the community is quiet and clean. We feel safe here and happy about our decision to live here.
I like the size and floor plan of the units, location and access were the key points. The walk-paths, greenery and proximity to all daily needs are the reasons I choose this community. The staff and maintenance team has been excellent, they’ve always acted professionally and fast to resolve any queries/issues.
My time at Wayford Pringle Towns has been amazing. The community is very quite and seems very safe so far. The property manager is very nice and informative.
