Davis Lake-Eastfield sits 13 miles north of Uptown Charlotte. The community lies between two of the most popular shopping centers in Charlotte: Northlake to the west and Concord Mills to the east. Like many other Charlotte neighborhoods, Davis Lake-Eastfield locals find plenty to do and see within a five-mile drive, including dozens of chain and local restaurants such as Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and East Coast Wings.
Within this tight-knit neighborhood, you'll find an emphasis on single-family homes, but low-rise apartment complexes make for a greater mix of rentals for renters of all walks of life. PNC Music Pavilion puts on top-notch shows in an expansive amphitheater, an exploring the rest of the area is easy thanks to Interstate 77 and 485.

Property Ratings at The Weathersby at Station Circle
Honestly, one of the worst apartments I've ever lived in to date. The price does not justify the poor condition of the neighborhood, the absolute lack of security and safety, nor how long it takes management and maintenance to resolve issues.

I moved in when it was the Hamptons, before management changed. Ever since it became the weathersby, I can’t get in contact with anyone. I’ve called multiple times during the week, at different times, and no one answers the phone. The floor plan and the apartment itself is amazing, but the management making it hard to enjoy my living experience here.

From the moment I apply to the last maintenance issue in my apartment.... the staff has been very diligent to promote my well been. Erika(manager) and her staff were very diligent to solve any question and issues in my apartment. Good community Gym, pool, valet garbage (a plus), and more. My apartment is pretty good, spacious. Great place!!!!
The Hamptons is one of those rare communities that can house tenants of ages. This isn’t possible without fan excellent property management and staff. I personally would recommend this community to anyone.
To whom it may concern and to whoever reads this review I have been at the Hampton apartments. For a little over four years I’ve been threw the Transitional changes in management and the many changes that has taken place around here how ever Now that we have an amazing manager and team Things are finally getting done around here Patrick is a great manager and very concerned about our community here thank you so much you’re doing a good job Patrick from one of many who really Appreciate you around here thank you so much
We moved here last summer after looking for awhile in the area - we needed a larger apartment and unfortunately this was the least expensive option available. We got what we paid for. Management has changed multiple times in the last year with no notice (we don't even know who's in charge anymore), and they've added a fence and "security" gates that do nothing but frustrate everyone when they don't work half the time and people can no longer use the back gate to enter. The renovations are purely cosmetic and low-quality - stick-on "backsplash" that isn't even trimmed properly, laminate "plank" flooring and even with brand new appliances I'm still having to wash most of my dishes after a run through the dishwasher. All of that would be fine, however - but the drug problems here are rampant. On an almost daily basis I see people buying drugs, smoking pot in their cars at all hours of the day and night, and no one does anything about it. When I called to report something the other day I was told that they would "check to see if there's anything we can do" even though I could literally see them rolling a joint in their car. I never got a call back. I know they're trying to improve the quality here, but until they address the drug issues, it's not going to get any better.
I recently divorced and was put out of my house by my now husband. I found myself with nowhere to go. Not mention I had a 17 year old son and a pet. I once lived in an Apartment complex named Davis Commons. I found myself right back there again. Shorty after moving back in the complex went bankrupt. We had some new owners come in and buy the property. We're now called the Hamptons. The transformations they have made to these apartments are amazing. They have tmade these apartments very elegant . Each apartment has it's own unique renovation features. I don't even miss being in my house because my apartment has just as much if not more than my house. I love the accent wall, the nickel plated fixtures, the black appliances, the plank floors, new carpet., the blinds and ceiling fans as well. But did I mention that I reside in a 3 bedroom apartment that is 1386 square feet. I love the new amenities they have to offer. For safety reasons we are also in the process of becoming a gated community. We now have a bark park also. I could not have made a better choice. Living here takes me away from all the frustrations of my old house . I love everything about the HAMPTONS APARTMENT HOMES!
