Situated on the edge of Lancaster County, Lebanon is surrounded by rich farmland. The city offers a quiet environment for those in search of a slower pace than surrounded cities. Lebanon is home to a diverse community but still maintains its original Pennsylvania-Dutch roots.
A plethora of small businesses and a large Amish community adds to the area’s allure with a selection of local goods and services. Interstate 71 lies just to the south, making it easy to commute from your Lebanon apartment to work or any other destination.

Property Ratings at Weavertown Terrace
The property is covering up dry rotted wood and mold issues with siding. 22 Properties are mold infested and they don't remove mold the correct way.(EPA) They were provided a way to fix the mold and Super just threw out the paperwork. Maintenance is slip shot at best and bit quality oriented. When I moved in Apartment wasn't ready and it wasn't fully painted shelves took 6 months to get done, one shelf was warped due to no installation of middle support. Given this I would give them 0 instead of one star AVOID THESE PROPERTIES
When I went to this property to take a look at one of the units, the property manager didn't seem thrilled to see me. I looked at a three bedroom unit, which wasn't even the one for rent, and found it to be in disrepair all around. I didn't feel that this was a great fit for me or my spouse to live in. I was told that since my employment income didn't come from this particular state, that it couldn't be counted as income (this sounds discriminatory to me). But I'm glad that we didn't apply to this place after all. We have since found a different place to call our future home and we are more than excited about that.
Lived here as a last resort originally, but found the neighbors to be kind though. Was told water, sewerage, and garbage was included, yet after signing a lease was told they only pay for so much and we get billed the difference, also wasn't told every year the rent goes up and up. All the rooms are all small, lots of dust and mold, freezing in Winter, sweltering hot in the Summer. Takes forever to get things fixed usually, not always. From beginning felt like an outcast though, not from the neighbors, but the landlord, maintenance guy, and one of the owner guys in NJ. Things look great in the demo apartment but not great when you move in the other apartments. Heard a lot of people complaining about same things, and more. Basements flood too. Parking is atrocious at times where other people take your spot and nothing is done about it, or park wherever they want on the lots. Paying what I do with my own income, you think I'd have a nice warm, friendly, and roomy, comfortable place to live, but not he the case. Now for Section 8 or Subsidized Housing, I guess it would be ok. But $900 a month can sure rent a nicer place, and even though I like my neighbors, I still plan on moving as soon as I am able to.
It's not roomy, but the appliances are top notch. And the custodial staff never fails to appear by the time you end a call.
This place isn't in a "bad neighborhood", but it still seems that there is some "shady" activity going on from time to time. We have a tree growing in front of our patio that the roots have grown so big that it is digging up some of the concrete slabs and it's uneven and unsafe. We've brought it to the attention of the property managers and they have yet to address this problem. Lastly, we've been having a bat problem lately in the basement and occasionally they make it upstairs. This issue has also been brought up to the manager and they haven't addressed it in what we feel is a timely manner due to the serious health issues that bats may cause. Breathing in the guano can cause respiratory problems, among other things and even though 1% of bats carry rabies, who wants to take that risk? If the management would be willing to address our concerns more promptly and make us feel important as paying residents, overall, this isn't a horrible place to call home. The 2 bedroom apartments are a little on the small side, but that's subjective. We've made it work. I don't know, though, that I would recommend this community to others.
