Property Ratings at Welco West
Ive found cockroaches and dead mice in the building. They took away some of the gym equipment, and the cable machine does not work. It doesn't have an elevator. It is hard to get ahold of Atwood management. In addition they charged me money for problems that their own maintenance caused.
Great apartments! Although, the fitness center can be better. Can we get more lifting weights, mirrors, and per say 2 cyclist? That will be awesome!!
