Property Ratings at Welcome Home to Constitution Square
The apartments are clean and spacious. The property is nice. Not much space for pets inside the property, but walking around the property is a nice option with a dog park. The leasing staff is efficient and seem kind. However the people living in the community almost make it seem like Im in a bad neighborhood. Very noisy neighbors, rude children, dogs off leash. Will definitely cause you to reconsider. Along with the parking. Luckily the staff has been polite and theres a washer/dryer, everything in working condition, with plenty of space in the home.

I wish the property had a model for you to view in person and not look at pictures because it's not the apartment you will get. I understand that they give you time before you move in that same day but again it's a little too late to back out since you don't have another place to go to if you don't like the place and you've already placed a security deposit and have gone over the hassle of getting everything ready to be moved. Overall it's been stressful and wish this property would work better with you. The apartment wasn't cleaned thoroughly and felt like a rush job on their end and that was disappointing. They still haven't fixed the things that are safety hazardous issues for my small child and I. I also felt like they were all available for me before I moved in but now that I am a tenant, not so much.

If you move in these appointments make sure you dont move where your neighbors have kids and dogs running, bumping and stumping every day!!! I put in several complaints and it have even more unbearable and louder!! Nothing have been done!!!!

I have nothing good to say at this point! Very noisy & loud! Living with neighbors over you with kids and dogs running all time of hours! And nothing is done!

Extremely overpriced. If you need anything done service wise you will end up waiting a few weeks to even get a call about it. They will not resolve anything with parking. Good luck getting parking close to your home. Good luck i cant wait to leave!
