Wellington Apartments

I've lived at Wellington for two days. So far, so good! The apartment is nice, was clean upon moving in, and the staff has, so far, been helpful and positive. I'm looking forward to enjoying the amenities as the weather improves.

The staff here are wonderful. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great and they are usually quick to respond to requests. This facility has two dog parks and the dog wash station. They’re extremely pet friendly.

The new management team has really made Wellington a better apartment complex to be a part of! The updates to the grounds, gym and property itself have really made a difference.

The office staff at Wellington Apartments are very easy to work with. The maintenance division gave a very prompt response to my service request. Everyone has a professional and cheerful attitude. I’m twelve days into my lease, and I already love living here.

The maintenance has been wonderful and speedy. They have fixed a couple small things in the same day request was put in. Easy to pay rent online also.

Its a ok place to live, thankfully my neighbors are quiet, its around some good areas and theres a ton of stuff to do nearby. I love the pool and the gym access as well. I will say the dryer and washer are kinda small and outdated which i think isn't worth it for the rent, i also wish the cabinets were updated as well. Ongoing issue of other residents not picking up after their dogs outside.

I love my apt! The hardwood floors are my fave! It’s quiet and the staff are all super nice and respond right away! I love the fitness center too!

It was very easy to move into the apartment despite the stairs. Trash and mail are a little far from where I’d hoped, but it’s all still conveniently located. The new appliances work great.

Very good environment, a very convenient location, pet friendly the apt is very comfortable, especially the new one, this building has such as very good value in West Des Moines in general

The staff here is amazing always quick to help if there’s anything wrong or broken. Really quiet neighborhood with amazing and friendly neighbors.

We like to live here. It’s quit and it seems like the people in the office have gotten better. I’m not sure who salts the side walks when needed.

This is a great location to live with nice apartments. Very noise to live on first floor, loud upstairs neighbors, especially when they have pets.

I tried to leave my review comments but it was rejected. There wasn't anything inappropriate offensive. Just facts. Foul smell coming from our bathroom drains, people double parking blocking garages at night and people not cleaning up after their dogs use the parks. The overall warm feeling that once existed has changed over the last year and people don't feel as happy.

This place has ample parking and makes you feel independent in your space! There are garage options, dog parks, an amazing pool and community space for summer too!

I have had some issues with people in the office but I love my neighbors and feel very safe out here. I have recommended to other people looking for an apartment to come and look here. Great maintenance!

Maintenance responds very quickly and does a great job. Our appliances are brand new and work great. The parking is easy and accessible. I really enjoy the interior selections as well.

Pretty nice apartment for a decent price. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you have questions. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to get maintenance to fix things, and you don't get updates when they do.

i highly recommend the property they are very responsive during my application process and followed up with any maintenance issues that needed to be fixed after moving in. I really had a great experience with the company as a whole and the staff. I couldn't recommend them more. They are always friendly and quick to respond to issues. My move in was really easy and quick.

Wellington Apartments is a friendly community with great amenities, responsive staff and many dog friendly trails nearby! We love living here!

The staff and maintenance is great. There is an issue if your lease is not due to renew until mid month and your rent increases. Their system won’t charge you the difference until after your renewal date and you get a bill after you already paid rent for the month.

Had to call maintenance because my AC was not working. They were there 1st thing in the morning and assured me that it would be taken care of right away. Maint staff is AMAZING!!!

Everything about living here has been great for the most part! My only complaint is with my garage. I put it multiple requests to get it fixed and nothing changed and now am waiting for the service supervisors to find me one that works near my unit. Aside from that I haven’t had any issues. The Wellington team has been great with getting back to me regarding my garage and helping any way they can

The apartments are very clean and very beautiful I really love living here, the kreo gym stores are close to you that it has been a great option to choose these apartments

We just moved in but the apartment is wonderful and nice and quiet neighbor hood love to see the dogs at the park and to be able to sit out side and listen to the birds

Wellington is a great place to live! It is safe, friendly, and the staff are proactive. The apartments are also pet friendly which is very important to us. The maintenance staff is excellent, but we really haven't had many issues to begin with. Considering the location, two pools, the gym, and overall quality, I think Wellington is one of the best bangs for your buck in the Des Moines area.

Quiet neighborhood, with tons of trees and the perfect location in West Des Moines! We plan to stick around for more years to come!

Wellington is definitely a place I’m proud to call home. The atmosphere is welcoming and there is so much offered. Newly renovated apartments is a plus.

Beautiful property. Very quiet. I love the dog parks and swimming pools. Looking forward to trying out the fitness center soon. My apartment is roomy, I don’t hear my neighbors at all.

Honestly, in the week that I have been in here, I absolutely like the responsiveness of the maintenance crew. I have had a couple work orders submitted and if they haven't come the same day it was the next day.

Moved in over the weekend. The leasing lady was very helpful and my apartment was spotless. Such a quite apartment can’t hear any of the neighbors.

I really liked living here in the neighborhood, because it is very quiet and all the people are very friendly, I like how they encourage the love of pets, I also congratulate the maintenance people of the condominium for the great job they do to maintain it everything at a hundred.

Love this place! quiet, good for kids and families, amenities are easy to use and management gets back to you quickly. i’ve never had an issue with maintenance either

The staff are attentive, supportive, efficient, and friendly. The amenities are great, we use them all. The apartments are nice, spacious, and most of the neighbors are friendly and quiet. There are lots of dogs, and the dog parks are kept up quite well. This was my first apartment at 19, from 2002 to to 2004. Moving back here has felt like coming home. We love it here!

Peaceful place to live! Moved here from downtown Des Moines and so far we really enjoy the area, the amenities and how pet friendly Wellington is!

Terrible service, location, rent price for the type of small apartments, the people in the office treat you terrible , all in all would not advise my worst enemy to one of these places

Love how easy it was to move in and all the amenities available so close to our place. Way nicer place for our dog to enjoy as well with the dog grooming station and dog park so close.

I think Wellington seems nice. I’m new, but my dog and me love the open grounds and dog parks. I’ll be checking out more of the amenities soon. I had a maintenance issue and they came right away. Sebastian is completely cool in the leasing office.

Staff is always very friendly. The yard is kept up very nicely. Maint. is ALWAYS very quick to responded when needed. I love the fact that there are so many mature trees which brings in lots of birds and animals.

Easy move in, quiet neighborhood. Also very close to Jordan Creek. Just wish the washer and dryer were full size and kitchen appliances were nicer.

Everyone has been nice and helpful. Our move was very stressful because of other problems with our move and also the moving company broke our tv. So far at Wellington it has been great

So far the experience has been great! Staff has been very helpful in answering any questions I’ve had. Everything was well prepared for the most part in my apartment. Only negative thing so far is the shower drain was clogged but that’s a minor fixable issue. Aside from that I m very much enjoying the apartment and community!

I love the apartment so far! I like having in unit laundry. The pool and gym are very nice. I like that we have all new stainless steel appliances!
