Situated about 20 miles southwest of Lansing, Charlotte offers the comfort of a small town with close proximity to big-city amenities. Charlotte honors its past while looking toward the future. This is most evident in the well-preserved historic buildings of Downtown Charlotte that now contain rows of specialty shops, restaurants, pubs, stores, and an Art Deco theater that plays contemporary films.
Charlotte is home to a close-knit community bonded by an array of special events, including the Eaton County Fair, Frontier Days, Bluegrass Festival, and Celebrate Charlotte. Several local parks and gardens provide ample space for outdoor recreation and nature appreciation. Cities like Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, and Detroit are all about an hour’s drive from Charlotte. Getting around from Charlotte is easy with access to I-69.

Property Ratings at Wellington Farms Apartments
There are some things I like and some I do not like. One I like is there is no one above or below me. I also have a nice area outside to enjoy with my grandchildren. So much quieter and more privacy. One negative thing is they are very cold in the winter as not insulated well and doors and windows not properly set in. So, therefore, the gas bills are sky high! Also, a lot of ice build up as eve's do not extend out enough so it ends up all over the windows and doors. All in all though, I do like them in spite of the problems. Hopefully we residents can work on getting them resolved. I have hope!! :)
