National publications constantly place Pittsburgh near the top of the list for most livable cities in America, and it’s easy to see why. The city has a rich history as an industrial and economic hub, which led to the construction of many grand buildings and public sculptures which still stand today. Downtown in particular is rich with beautifully preserved buildings and lush public parks dating back well over a century, giving the entire community a timeless atmosphere.
Pittsburgh is split into three sections by the rivers passing through the city: Downtown (a.k.a. “The Golden Triangle), the North Side, and the South Side. Each has its fair share of attractions and landmarks: the North Side is home to Acrisure Stadium and PNC Park (making it a perfect area for sports fans), the South Side features big, beautiful greenways and refurbished steel mills, and Downtown is where you’ll find the most variety in dining, nightlife, and entertainment.

Property Ratings at Wellington One
Wellington One offers a lot of good amenities like a secured building, on site maintenance, dishwashers, laundry on every floor, and off street parking all while being affordable. Although the rent has gone up recently, it's worth it to stay in a place that you know is taken care of. You always see maintenance men fixing things, salting, painting, cleaning, etc. It's nice to know management cares. The manager is nice too and there's always someone available in a pinch if you have an issue or question. Sure, you can get something fancier, but you'll be paying a lot more. Wellington is a good happy medium for me.
This place is a very good place to live. Walking distance to a Giant Eagle and small town shops. 5-minute drive to McKnight Rd. 15-20 minute drive to the Cranberry Exit (Mile Marker 28 on the Turnpike). 10-15 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh. Dave is the building maintenance guy and he is very quick to repair any issues that may come up. I've lived here for 2 years and would have stayed longer if my job didn't move me away from Pittsburgh. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a cheap place to live within reasonable driving distance of Pittsburgh and Cranberry.
