Property Ratings at Wellington Place Apartments
I was apprehensive about moving back into an apartment after my previous nightmare in a different apartment complex. The management team at Wellington Place were so warm and inviting and went the extra mile by taking me to the units available within my price range. The manager of the complex was able to tell me a little bit about my future neighbors at each unit she took me to see. That showed me that she actually cares about the tenants here. The assistant manager was great as well, she answered all the questions I had and she was very knowledgeable. I walked in with hesitation and after seeing the gorgeous facility by the way, I left with not only a new place to call home, I also gained two new friends here at the Wellington Place Apartment complex.Hands down the best apartment complex in San Angelo!!!
These apartments are the best!! I’ve already lived here two different times, in two different areas of the complex and I will never have anything bad to say about this place. Beverly and DeeDee are always on it QUICK when we need something from them and maintenance is so fast! The communication they have is the key to success with this place. I will 100% come back if needed, there’s other apartment complex id rather live at. The only reason we left was because we found a house! Thank you Beverly for everything!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 years at Wellington and would move back if ever needed. Beverly and her maintenance staff were always eager to help and improve in any way needed and any issues or concerns we had were handled fully and promptly. Thank you Wellington for being Home to me and my son for two years!!
I lived at Wellington Place for 3 years & it was the best experience I’ve had at an apartment complex in San Angelo. Beverly, the manager is SO kind and will always go out of her way to help. Maintenance at Wellington was great!! Whenever there was any problem they always got there pretty quick & fixed any issues that you had. Super friendly people! I loved living at Wellington Place!!!
The price keeps going up every year and they o this to people even if you have lived there for more than a year. New owner/manager is not as good and caring as the old one. A lot of issues with this new owner, that makes you not want to live here anymore when it used to be the best apartment complex.
My husband and I have lived here over four years now. We love this community. The staff are very cordial and friendly. The buildings are well maintained. At one point we had a horrible problem with water leaks but the maintenance staff continually worked until they solved the issues we were having. The apartments themselves are beautiful with very nice appliances. The surrounding neighborhood is well lit at night and the pool and Jacuzzi are clean and hygienic. The atmosphere is friendly and the office staff personable. The location couldn't be better with walking distance to shops, theaters, restaurants and even Shannon Immediate Care Clinic and Aspen Dental. The rental price is very reasonable considering the beautiful landscaping, attentive maintenance crew, sound structures, and quiet atmosphere. I highly recommend apartment complex as a living option.
Beverly and Frances are great and always are very so helpful while my family and I were living there. They took care of us in any situation. When looking for a place to rent, you always want great management looking over everything and this place has it!!!
The staff at this apartment complex are friendly and professional, they are always ready to assist the tenants with daily needs and are very understanding when leveled with. The property manager Beverly is always on site tending to matters around the complex. This has been a very nice place to live.
We really enjoyed Wellington Place and stayed for a year and a half. The price went up $30/mo after the first year and we had to pay $50 more per month for month-to-month. We chose it for the price and square footage. I liked that you could see out of the kitchen (no cabinets hang down to block the view). The hotel-style sink vanity in the one-bedroom was almost a deal breaker for me and my husband, because there's no divider between the sink and the bedroom. He left for work a couple hours before I did and he'd wake me up if he used the sink or turned on the light, so most of the time he got ready in the kitchen. There was always plenty of parking space. Storage space definitely lacks here. No pantry. I never saw security patrolling the area so I'm not sure there is any, but I never felt unsafe there. I never heard my neighbors and the walls were thicker than where we live now. Management is ok. It took about 2 weeks average to get issues fixed but they always got fixed. We had a few roaches but told the office and they sent people to spray that week. The pool and gym are nice and the location was excellent for us, right across from the mall and close to Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, movie theater.
I love everything except the carpet. Wish they’d remove it
I've had too many problems with the ac. I think they need to update on their 1880 appliances and take out the carpets in the bathrooms and living rooms. Other than that this place is quite peaceful and management cares about the residents
I lived in Wellington Place for a year and a half. It's the best in San Angelo for location and price. This place is $100 cheaper per month than others that are not as nice. The laundry room was the only problem I had. Only 1 dryer out of the 4 actually dries a full load.
