This is a very nice place to live. It's quiet and has great curb appeal. Marisol, the leasing manager was great. She was very welcoming, professional, kind, helpful, and thorough with any question that I had. I would highly recommend this place.
Now that I’m settled I wanted to take a moment and write a quick review. This area is a beautiful little quaint apartment complex. I had been looking in the area for a while and this place has so far been the perfect place for me. It’s clean and kept well. I love my apartment. The floors are gorgeous and bright, rooms are spacious for an apartment, love the layout, love the added feature of washer/dryer room (you don’t see that in apartments). The community seems to be very nice. Some neighbors are very quiet some you hear, but when you choose to live in an apartment, sounds from Other people and their lives obviously come with the territory. However, overall it’s normal compared to where I used to live. Lastly my experience with the renting process was by far the most professional and friendly service I’ve received. Marisol is the manager who had helped me every step of the way. She was pleasant and informative and kept me updated on the process from the time I inquired to move in day. Overall I’m excited to plant roots here.
Used to be quiet. And well maintained. Now people who do not belong are here. Loud. Disrespectful. And unneighborly. Stay away if you think the price you pay affords you a quality life.
Good luck with on-site management, there's rarely anyone in the office. Parking is terrible, if you ever plan on having guests forget about it. Even if you are given a garage, they aren't automatic or attached to your unit. Snow only worsens the parking debacle, and your car will backslide on that hill. The walls are paper thin, so if you have children, guests or even a significant other, the complaints are coming (yeah, embarrassing)!! The units are nice with plenty of storage. The gym, playground, and grounds are kept nice. The only way to describe the super is disrespectful. You can definately get more in the area for your money.
I am also surprised to see the below comments about management. Jessica and Carlos were always quick to help on anything we need. In an emergency I texted Carlos' cell and he got back to me and took care of the issue the same day. All normal stuff is always taken care of too. I see Carlos and his assistant making their rounds a few times a day and keep the property nice and clean. The apartments themselves are great and you get a lot of space for your money. A huge plus was the attic in the loft units and the storage at the back of the garage. Ours was spotless when we moved in and it had a fresh paint job and floors were resealed. Try and get a unit on the top of the hill if you can looking out towards Old Corlies Ave. It is much nicer looking out at the road rather than at the back of another building and parking lot. We never had any issues with other tenants and everyone was very friendly. As another review mentioned there can be kids running around when it is nice out but that never bothered us at all.
I'm very surprised to read the comment below about management. I've been living here for a little over 2 years with my husband and our daughter. We love it here! Jessica and Carlos are wonderful. Always very helpful and professional. My neighbors seem to say nice things about management as well. It's very quiet. Occasionally in the summer, kids can get a little noisy but nothing terrible. Maintenance is handled quickly and our phone calls are always answered or returned right away.
My boyfriend and I just moved in for the first time together. We needed to find the perfect place for us. When we found this apartment, we fell in love with it, and it's helping us fall more in love with each other. The high ceilings and the loft make it a perfect atmosphere and space for all of my batman memorabilia (since I am a huge batman fan), and all of our friends already call it the batcave. The apartments are great, but the on site manager is inexperienced and has no customer service experience or training. Extremely difficult when resolving small or large issues.
