The community itself is beautiful but the communication between management could be better. Lots of back and forth due to miscommunication or lack there of.
An okay place to live. Maintenance issues take forever to fix and getting a straight answer on things is hard. Having to ask multiple times for things to get fixed.

Despite beginning issues, the problems were resolved quickly. Outside of that, the apartment, and the upgrades are nice. I love my new place.
Not good. Apartment number changed twice, the second time just a day before move in. Had to change the addresses on all my utilities and insurance. Only gave us one key for a two bedroom apartment. Kept inaccurately drafting the lease. I could go on.
Parking is problematic and it seems as though non residents may be occupying parking spaces. I have to park about 100 yards from my front door at times and it is difficult taking groceries into my house or loading and I’ll equipment and luggage

Very nice people. Older building that has been renovated and still shows it in some places. Definitely shows in some places. But has brand new appliances and counters. Nice neighborhood with plenty to do in the area.

Maintenance has been awful. They take so long to come, leave no indication they were there, and leave a mess for you to clean up after them. Office staff no longer replies to any emails. Pool deck has also deteriorated with only 4 solid lounge chairs remaining. The rest all have massive holes. Also, all the plumbing has began leaking as all the rust has caught up to it .

I've been here 2 years now. The staff have been friendly, and the few maintenance issues I've had have been handled in an acceptable amount of time. They have a locker for packages which is great; however, anything oversized gets put in the office which is only accessible during business hours. I have one of the non-renovated apartments and it's fine for what it is, if a tad expensive. If you're expecting them all to look like the promo picture/show apartment you'll be disappointed. Location is great - lots of traffic certain times of the year can add 5-15 minutes, but almost everything in Columbia/Lexington is a 20-25 minute drive. Almost anything you want is really close and it is a fairly quiet location. This is not a handicapped-friendly complex, at least not in my experience. There is a curb to step up to get to the sidewalk before stepping up again to a ramp, and then 2 stairs to get to the "ground level" apartment. There are separate sections of the complex, and while there is a non-step path to get to the leasing office and pool area, it is sloped downhill at an angle and could be difficult to navigate without an electric chair.

They seem to respond quickly when things go wrong, but I’ve heard nightmares from other residents of months without a working washer! Something we pay for. Our neighbors leave their trash can out front 24/7 and no one fines them or makes them stop. Trash around parking lot is a mess.

Great place to stay! Beautiful location. Right off the interstate with wonderful amenities! I’ve been here for over a year and there is great communication with the staff. The apartments are modern with and open space concept.

Unfortunately, my experience this year has not been good. I have not had a working ac since November of 2023 (it is now almost June of 2024). I have put in 7 emergency work orders to have it fixed (takes 3 to 4 days to come out) and gone into the office 3 times and it still doesn't work. Communication with the front office has been poor. When I do get an update about what is being done about it I have ro chase them down to get it or I get "Let me check on that and get back to you.", which means I have to chase them down again. When the ac repair guys finally come, they just drill a big hole in the wall and didn't seal it or close it off, now I am paying for a one bedroom and can't use the bedroom because it 90° in there and the portable ac can't cool the entire unit. I will be leaving as soon as possible.

July will make it a year since I’ve move to Columbia and here to wellspring. I think management can do much when it comes down to us a residents. We have management and maintenance staying here at wellspring. Not fair to us as residents when something happens at night or after hours we have no one to call. When they get our message it’s usually the next day. They more concerned about people cars instead of how our residents are

Management more often than not has an attitude and maintenance is not responsive. Work orders have had to be resubmitted multiple times on the same issues for anything to be addressed or even get a response. Letters are left on doors and either 1) not enough notice is given to prepare for others to enter apartment or 2) nobody ever comes to do the expected work/inspection. The location is nice and apartment has all needed amenities including laundry room, closets, and garbage disposal.

Recently renewed our lease at Wellspring as it is a good location and pleasant place to live. Don’t often have to communicate with the front office which is a good thing as it means minimal issues with our apartment. However, I haven't always had the nicest interactions with staff members when we have had an issue to report. But as mentioned, this is not a frequent occurrence. Maintenance staff are helpful. Nice area to walk around and close to some good walking trails.

Great location and staff seems pretty kind. Not a lot of community, but that is sort of expected in an apartment environment. Apartments are older and layered in multiple repaints, but this shows trying to do the best with what is given.

I’ve been here 2 and a half years and I’ve had a good experience overall. The apartments are very spacious, especially for the price; most apartments in the area are half the size, yet more expensive. I also really appreciate the maintenance team and how quickly they respond to maintenance requests. I never have to wait long at all to get something fixed.

I enjoy being near Harbison and the overall apartment complex is pleasant and enjoyable to live at. I have no issues with the amenities in my the apartment and am happy with the “upgraded” unit. 4 stars instead of 5 because interactions with staff in the office are not always pleasant.

A very smooth and easy move-in. All of the neighbors were very welcoming!! The trail walks are absolutely beautiful and the animals at the pond is the cherry on top. Staff members are super nice and helpful with anything, really enjoy when they show their care for residents by doing little acts of service. Overall the experience has been amazing and I can’t wait to see what it brings us in the next year.

The people l have met seem nice. They are pet friendly. The ladies in the office are knowledgeable and helpful. They seem to be improving the quality of the property everyday.
It’s a nice place to be living at. People are nice. Not a lot of criminal activities. They have law enforcement that lives here and one of them patrol around here at night.

The location is nice, and the property is pretty well kept. The girls at the front desk are very sweet! Only complaints are that its hard getting maintenance to help fix heating and cooling, and parking can be a pain sometimes.

it was honestly great for a first apartment. i’m glad we stumbled across it. my fear was that it wouldn’t feel like a home, but the ladies in the office always do their best to make feel like one.

Love the location and management is very friendly. I've been here for 3 years and they have communicated well to residents of changes going on in the community. They reach out to residents by doing something festive every month.
