Wendover Walk Apartments

While visiting I had a great experience. I was welcomed with knowledgeable and friendly staff in particular a property manager Tamara Moses! This small well kept gated community was a true gem. Unfortunately I was over income but definitely a great place to live!

I have had the best experience with Margaret it started yesterday when I was making my appointment to see the apartment and then today to fill out the application. She was so knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful through the process. She was amazing!! Thank you Margaret you are the epitome of what true customer service is.

I was there yesterday, to tour the community the manager was super nice and immediately took us to tour the apt, the apt is amazing we were shopping around and had a few more places to see while in town, but the treatment was so amazing we just took a few minutes outside and BOOM!!!!!!!!!! we made the decision that this is where we want to live. We visited various places in Charlotte and no one was able to top Marie, so we put in the application and we are approved we will be moving in by the end of this month, We do recommend this place, 5 stars to Marie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been reading the reviews here and I really do not understand why the bad reviews, this has been the best experience I've had with an apt community, from the first visit to the move in. The manager is awesome very professional and understanding of what my needs were, the move in process was smooth and the apt is amazing, just as she promised, the community is clean and quite, no hanging out or loud people or music. This is totally uptown living without paying uptown prices. I am planning of been here for a long time, my family and I are very happy.

Actually the experience has been wonderful, Ms. Marie is an excellent administrator, I contacted her because I needed an apartment urgently and she told me to come to the office, the process was fast apply on a Monday and already for Wednesday I had Changed The apt is beautiful comfortable and very well maintained, my wife is happy. The community is very clean and the pool is spectacular. The neighbors are very friendly. I recommend this community, by the way a friend who lives here I recommend it and he is right, I love living here. If the supervisor of Mrs. Marie sees this comment I want to say that this Mrs. is the best administrator, thank you very much

Love the new apartment, it is absolutely beautiful, just like they promised, the move in process was amazing, coming from out of town manager was super helpful and understanding, I truly see myself living here for a long time, nice clean gated community, like the fact that is pet and family friendly, the pool is amazing and the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Can I give them a 10 start rating :) Totally recomended

Not a place for people who are looking for a quiet area

The people in the office must never work because for the past three days I have been trying to get ahold of them and I either get hung up on or they're not in the office at all. I'd like to tour an apartment and I'm basically trying to throw money at them but apparently they don't need it.

I recently moved in about 2 months ago, and I have to say that this place is amazing. To be so close to Plaza Midwood and South Park and literally minutes from Uptown, the price is unbeatable. My apartment has stainless steel appliances, 2 story ceilings, wood floors, and granite! I would be paying an arm and a leg for this if I went anywhere else. Marie was so helpful when I was signing my lease, my busy work scheduled prevented me from getting in there at a good time, but she went the extra mile to help me. While I was in the leasing office, the Corporate team was there, and they really made me feel welcome by introducing themselves and making me feel like this was already my home. I would definitely recommend this place! 5 stars and a clap from me!

First moving in I loved the complex everything was perfect. Great price and I loved the renovations. At the time Julie was in the office and she was so nice, only negative was the apartment wasn't ready on my move in date. But within a month we had so many issues with the apartment and with the new leasing consultant Marie she wasn't much help at all. Marie never answered the phone I would always have to go to the office and she would always be on the phone. If she did answer she would hang up the phone. Never opening the gate so people could come in. Nobody wanted to help not even the property management company. Customer service is not here in the community and with better management this would be a great place. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I've been disrespected so many times which I don't understand. The price is right but its not worth it.

Management is terrible. Marie is no help she is very rude to her tenants.

We have been living here since 2013 and are very happy just renewed our lease for another year, the property is well maintain and the manager (Marie) is awesome!!, she goes the extra mile to accommodate the residents and we are very happy with her we highly recommend this property

This is a large apartment for the city with 2 full size bathrooms and closets you could fit a bed in. Very cheap rates for the size and location! Walking distance to multiple parks and very dog friendly. Only downsides are that the complex does not have a pool and is not as well maintained as it could be.
