Didnt even get to view the apartment because i wasn't in the system but I got a text yesterday morning that my appointment was today at 9am. Called the office and spoke to the so called manager Jonathan and he was extremely rude and talked over me several times for no reason. Im glad i got a sign beforehand. Management needs to surely address this. ????

Lived here for 2 years when we moved out gave them 60 days noticed and did the best cleaning job we could they sent us our final bill and we paid it move out went smoothly then almost a month later they sent us a bill saying we stilled owed them money cause the last month rent was apartently double what they originally told us.
This is really the one of the worst apartment complexes I have lived in. They not only make you split the water payment with the entire building, which would be fine if you didnt also have to pay for laundry in that building. $3.75 for each load. I moved here with The impression that I would have access to a gym and pool.... if you work a day job dont plan on it. They are only open during office hours. 9-6. And halfway through the lease they changed the parking to only permit parking (2 per apartment). Of which there is never any parking at night. Good price, but would not recommend.

I've lived in this apartment since August 2013 and like living here. The staff is friendly and has always been willing to work with me. Sometimes it's taken awhile for them to get maintenance in, but when they come, they get the job done. It's clean. Someone comes around to clean each building everyday. Laundry facilities are convenient and accessible. Sometimes, I can hear neighbors when they're loud, but I never hear daily activities through the walls (people talking at normal levels, etc.) I'm moving to a bigger apartment within the complex. I would recommend living here.
I have lived in this apartment complex since September 2015. As my first apartment, I wasnt expecting much. However I was very disappointed when I discovered what exactly was involved in this place. To begin, my experience was awful. I was tempted to take away my deposit multiple times. They made me and my roommate reschedule our move in date THREE TIMES. They then tried to make us pay almost 1,000 dollars more than originally planned because our move in date got moved after the 25th of the month, when our original schedule was to move in on September 11th. I then negotiated to pay half of the money due at move in and then the other half of the money due on October 1st. When my roommate went to go pick up the key and drop off the money the very man that spoke to me and made the arrangement with me claimed that the agreement never happened, and that I must have misunderstood. After speaking to an office manager I was able to renegotiate the terms, but by then I was incredibly steamed. The parking lot is kept in miserable condition, and finding a spot after midnight (when I get off work) is almost impossible. There have been multiple times that I have been forced to park in Future Resident Parking and having to put a sign in my car begging them not to tow me because I had no other place to park. Maintenance is awful. Me and my roommate complained of a squealing meter from outside the apartment below us, and it took them over a month to get it taken care of. For the past month straight one of the entrance doors has been broken, left swinging open and they have yet to do anything about it. For over a week now there has been motor oil spilled at the entrance of the door and leading up the stairs, which is a massive safety hazard and they have done absolutely nothing to fix it. Also, my roommate went in to get a spare key for our mailbox made, because we lost one, and they completely replaced our lock without our knowledge. They werent planning on telling us at all, I was only able to find out after going to the office and having to wait for almost an hour for somebody to come talk to me. I have also had a package delivered to the office and one of the ladies at the office signed for it but they didnt call me OR my roommate to let us know that the package was received. I would never have known unless I saw who signed the FedEx slip. Overall, I honestly cant wait to get out of here.
